Events in mobile's own calendar
Hello, Is there a way to send events to my customer portal users to their cellphone calendars? For example, when you have a flight to take, you recieve an email with the date and time and then it automatically appears in the cellphone's own calendar, (not Zoho calendar) I would like to send events and post them in the user's cellphone calendar, (not Zoho calendar), through my app which runs under the customer portal

I have many customers and I want them to be able to refer others for my services. I need my current customers to be able to email the friends and family with a link in the email that sends their invite to a form that pre-populates a field to track the referer. Is there a way to build a custom field that can store an image. What I am looking to do is display a specific image based on the results of another custom field that we are using. We have a custom field called ACCOUNT STATUS. I want to have another custom field that can display a specific image based on what's in ACCOUNT STATUS. For example if ACCOUNT STATUS = LOCKED then show a red flag icon, but if ACCOUNT STATUS = ACTIVE show a green flag icon. Is this achievable? Thanks!

Auto populating field when importing new data...
Every time I import new leads into Zoho, it is automatically selecting a dropdown from a custom field and filling it out. I had to create a custom view with that criteria and mass update it to default blank... This started a couple of months ago and I can't figure why. Why would it do that?
color error in font options of compose email
When setting the font parameters, font size and font color in the Compose settings the email works when writing normally, but when sending the color attribute is lost, as shown below:

All my other mail accounts, except zohomail work great with Thunderbird. This is the error message I get: Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because the connection to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.zoho.eu timed out. Try again. A few days ago zoho worked, I haven't change anything and suddenly I can't send mails. (receiving mails still work!)

hello, I need to request an integration with QuickBooks (Online) and QuickBooks merchant services. they work like authorize.net and have very reasonable price to their merchant payments. Also a lot of your customers also use QBO for their accounting, and just connecting to zoho books really just makes the process extremely difficult.

urgent: folders disappearing and also not syncing

Invoice Emails Do Not Reflect Correct Amounts
Hello, I noticed that when sending an invoice-email from Zoho Books, the amount due showing is not always correct. It does not take into account any credits or partial payments that were applied to the invoice. I know the amount can be edited, but it's a hassle to close out of the email, open the invoice to view the correct amount, re-type your email and enter the correct amount due. Integration of Slack with Zoho One happens how?
I'm seeing that there are 10 or so Zoho Apps for Slack but we're using Zoho One and aren't going to pay Slack for the upgrade necessary to add so many apps. Is there not a single App between Slack and Zoho? Must we use the CRM, and Books, and Projects, and, and, etc. Apps??

How to save preferences
I have a long list of projects in each of my groups. Everytime I sort them by alphabetical order, when I leave the project list view I have to sort them back. Same thing with calender, I filter my view by events, I have to do it again each time. It’s quite annoying, my team and I use ZProject everyday, is there a way to have this set as preference views? Unable to get full duration data from Zoho Projects
Hi There, I am importing Zoho Projects data into reports so that I can create some high level reports on project work in a given month. The auto-generated duration reports look perfect except they do not import the correct data! We enter durations in the tasks in Zoho projects in 30 minute blocks, so we may add something like 1.5 hours against a task. This works fine in Zoho Projects but when the duration data comes into Reports it only shows whole numbers. In other words where it says 1.5 hours
