zoho invoice - free plan - adding 19% VAT
HI, I have an invoice value of e.g. 2000 EUROS. now i need to add 19% VAT on this amount so in the invoice it should be VAT = 19% = 360 and total should be 2360 EUROS. Please guide me how to add this to my invoice. I tried adding custom filed but it didnt work.
Does anyone know how to edit the timesheet functionality and stop it
from "rounding up" timesheet hours entered?
How do you edit Timesheet entries, so they don't "round up" to the next whole hour? It's messing up my invoice to my customer.
Can not load attachments in iOS via ActiveSync
Hi, my iPhone and iPads can not load any attached files via the msync server. I always get the message, attachment can not be loaded. I used the normal settings as proposed in the support docs. How can I fix this? Thanks!

Zoho Mail Desktop Lite security issue, unusable interface
Hello, in trying to use Zoho Mail Desktop Lite I found out 1) I can use my normal password, not an application-specific password even though I am using Two-Factor Authentication 2) I need to log in two times, the first time it returns me to another login screen 3) When it finally logs in the interface is too small to read or write emails. See the animated screen capture below. I pixelated the user names.

Two domain names, Single mail location
I have two domain names hosted elsewhere. I'd like to have email sent to person@domain1.com and person@domain2.com arrive in the domain1.com mailbox. Without setting up duplicate accounts within each email domain and then forwarding email is there an easy way to do this?

Hello, Recently I have created an account for my organization. After having gone through all the configuration process (domain validation, SPF, DIM, added accounts, groups etc), I found out that I had an old account. So I made the decision (wrong I guess) to delete the new account and do all the configuration again for this old account. Google Plus Brand page now showing as available account
We have got a company we do work for, but we had to go through hell to sort out their Google My Business account. We have since created them a Brand page, but when we are logged into their account, and go to add their G+, it shows only their personal page, not the business one. Any ideas why?
Private Lists are showing up and allowing Signups in the Update form

The "Update Profile" link attached to email footers seems to only go to a common update form. I have different signup forms for each mailing list asking different questions. How do I have the Update Profile use the signup form attached to that mailing list?

I am paying for your salesiq service and is currently down. It would not be a big problem if all my pages in our site would load. You guys have to do something with your salesiq plugin so when your server does not respondo, let the pages load anyways...

After over a month of trying to get sales data in zoho CRM, I have just been informed that if you have already added *any* data to zoho CRM - eg. you've imported contacts - then the migration tools will not work. They will appear to take the data files - in this case, Sales Orders and Sales Order Details - but will not process them. There is also no import routine for Sales Orders. Hello I was trying to integrate woocomerence with zohobook so search online for various options after research i found only 2 option 1 cloud connectors and 2 zaiper so i tried with zapier there are 3 issues when we adding contact there is no option to select the gst field by defaul it selects business_gst secondly while adding invoice it adds by defualt service no option to select good also not able to add hsn code So i decided to do it via webhooks of zapier but facing manny issues for using api

email search return nothing if serach string is in greek (non-ascii?)
If I enter a string in the search box that contains greek characters, there are no hits in the search, even though I know the string exists in several emails. If I enter a string composed of ascii (english) characters everything is fine. Has anybody eperienced something similar?

Apple Mail get mails very slow
I am running Apple Mail on macOS 10.12, and I can see my mails arrive via webpage, but It never arrive in Apple Mail, I am configuring IMAP for Apple Mail. But every time I restart Apple Mail, the new mails arrive. Need to restart Apple Mail to get mails is such a annoying thing. Please help.
