Searching Archived Projects
Over our few years of using Zoho, we have created and then archived a large number of projects (>2000). I am trying to find an archived project so that I can use it as a template for a new project, but am having difficulty as the Archive Projects page doesn't load all the projects at once and will add more as you scroll down. I was hoping just exporting some dummy data as Excel from my report would produce an example of what my mutl-sheet Excel should look like for import ... but I just get the subform information inside a cell as comma separated info, no second sheet to help work out what to do. Until Fri, 29 Jun 2018 16:52, I was receiving all kind of email on my email application Thunderbird (account tufos@tufos.com.br), but after this date, something wrong has happened and I can't receive any emails on Thunderbird. By the way, I have still sent the emails, only when I have to receive them that it is not ok. Zoho email is working ok, sending and receiving, so I have worked Zoho email this weekend directly. Hi, Is it possible to set a notification email once someone downloads our documents in our email campaign? We'd like to receive a notification email saying, e.g. "Hi Catherine, X contact download the document" and is this also applicable if we're using an auto responder in Zoho Campaign? Assign different labels and values to dropdown items
Is it possible to assign a value that's different than the label displayed to the user? Specifically, I need to pass on some values to an API and they need to be in a specific format. For example, in a dropdown for form of payment, if the user selects Credit card then the value passed on to the API should be credit_card. I would prefer not to display the dropdown items like this, only pass the correct values. The only way I can think of is with a variable and an if statement. If user selects Credit

Email Synchronization Issue using Outlook via ActivSync
Hello, I have been using Zoho mail for more than a year with my iPhone and Outlook. With iPhone, everything works totally fine (IMAP). Now, for Outlook, I set it up with IMAP at first and everything worked fine except that Calendar did not work. So, I changed to ActiveSync and am able to use calendar on Outlook, which all changes are synchronized on my iPhone Calendar. However, now the problem is synchronization of emails among read, unread, and/or deleted emails. I use two laptops and a smartphone.
Syncing Contacts based on Contact and Account Criteria - Not working
Hello, We need to be able to sync on two criteria which just is not working. The sync is scheduled to run every day, it ran once and never ran again. The conditions are: ZohoCRM.Accounts.BusinessUnit == "Business Unit A" AND ZohoCRM.Contacts.DecisionMaker = True These two fields are custom fields, and they map to custom fields in Zoho Campaigns. Additionally the software is buggy. It lags and hangs frequently. We're not overly happy with this product and there is no direct support button.

Outlook Plugin (32bit) does not sync
Hello, I am attempting to use my own Zoho Calendar in Outlook 2016 (32bit). I installed the https://www.zoho.com/calendar/39746644/ZohoMail-SuiteSync.exe plugin. Logged in, it shows my team's shared calendars, but not my own. Of those team calendars which it shows there is only one where it shows the actual items in the calendar, for the others it only shows the calendar name. Preventing Invoice email on New Subscription via API
I'm using the API to create new subscriptions with a 30-day trial and offline payments. When the customer submits the form to initiate the subscription, they are immediately emailed an invoice even though I've set the terms at Net 10. My thought was that it wouldnt be emailed until 20 days into the 30 day trial. Is this possible?
