Dear All, I am trying in my free (personal) zoho creator 5 account to create a form with 3 columns section (like the below tutorial) but it is impossible to create these columns. I tried all the possible drag and drop actions but I cannot do it. It still remains 1 column https://www.zoho.com/creator/newhelp/forms/fields/rearrange-fields.html Do you have same issues with me? Product Stock
My products do not have a stock amount because they are services. How can i make my system disregard the message that i have no stock on a product when creating an Invoice? Do i need to remove those fields?
Update contacts in Zoho CRM?
Is it possible to update contacts in Zoho CRM by uploading an Excel spreadsheet. We have systems that will not integrate with others, but we can export a csv / excel file. Is it possible to upload an Excel / csv file and have Zoho CRM update the contact information of the existing contacts?
Changing Display name in mail accounts
I came across this question asking the question of how to set the display name https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/display-name-19-10-2012. it says there should be an option in the Mail accounts section, but I don't see it. I can see my mail accounts listed, but when I click on any of them i see mailbox address, aliases, forwards, groups and vacation replies. but nothing to set the display name. has this changed, any pointers? thanks

Hello, I've noticed a bug on the merge tag FNAME. I've always used the merge tag like this $[FNAME]$ if i wanted the space to be blank when there was no name on the subscriber. But since this week i've sended that way and the subscribers with no first name apeared "Costumer", and i used the merge tag like this $[FNAME]$ and not like this $[FNAME|Customer|Guest]$; Whats wrong? do i need to use the merge tag this way $[FNAME||]$ from now one? with the empty spaces. Zoho Desk - Auto Close Email received from monitoring platform once receovery email received.
I am trying to find a way to use the workflow configuration to automatically close cases raised over email using out monitoring pltform. So in essene our monitoring NOC sends an email relating to a failure now it could be high memory usage just during a backup run so once it has cleared I would like the case closed. The system receives another email confirming issue recovered. The question is how do I close the original case based on the recover alert received. This is a touch one as we have the
Vertical Response Integration?
Is there any sort of integration with Vertical Response? I don't see it on the marketplace. What's even more concerning is that our campaigns sent out via our Vertical Response account won't copy the emails to our accounts via the BCC dropbox function. We've tested it twice with no luck.

Open Order Report
Are we able to show an open sales order report by Salesman yet? The only option are things that are invoiced and nothing for orders that are currently open. Seems like an easy report to create, not sure why it's not a feature yet.. Thanks!
HF:ORGINFO not active
I try to import a newsletter with a custom header and footer. The unsubscribe is foreseen. And as the notice in the tool suggested me I also included the $[HF:ORGINFO]$ tag. But on import I get a notice that the merge tag $[HF:ORGINFO]$ is disabled or deleted. But I have no idea where to activated it or add it in orde for it to work. The strange thing is that yesterday the import worked like a charm.

It would be good to have multiple interviewer fields. In Majority of Companies - interviews been conducted by multiple interviewers i.e more than 1. In such cases still, manual intervention required to inform Interviewers.

I have three licenses in my org and I deactivated one user to transfer a license to somebody else, but when activating I'm getting this: Again no information whatsoever as to what I should change or what's wrong. There are definitely two users active and three licenses

I am trying to create a sandbox for an app in creator. When I click on create sandbox, the coloured dots just cycle through. I had it running over 20 minutes and nothing. I've also tried different days in case there was a system issue. Any ideas please.
matching vendor payment from bank statement set as cash payment
when we match payment to vendors from bank statement ( imported via XLS file ), the payment method directly selects "cash" by default. it should be "bank transfer" or " cheque" since its a bank entry. its selects cash directly and my petty cash goes in negative all the way :) it should be corrected ASAP
front camera not working
When I use Zoho Meetings in Google Chrome it is accessing my front camera but once I click to start the meeting it switches to my rear camera. This only happens in Google Chrome. Is there a fix?

Hi, Everyone. Zoho People is a very great tool. It is great for agencies like us. We only noticed one problem though: We don't have the access to hide the rate for every job/project. So whenever we enter an amount there, it will be seen by the team members. The problem is that the only way to really have a flawless sync from Zoho People timesheets to Zoho Invoice is to have a rate in every job, but -- we can't do it because it will then be visible publicly with the team. Vacation Response sending too quickly, Zoho not finding the correct domain sending to wrong address
I need a delay built into the auto responder. I have a GoDaddy website and am using Zoho mail, when I receive an email it automatically sends out the auto response before Zoho can resolve the domain and sends to a default secureserver.net address rather than the @mydomain address. If I manually try to reply to the e-mail after 30 seconds - 1 minute it utilizes the appropriate @mydomain email address. How can I add a buffer to sending the auto respond e-mail?

Unable to receive email
Hello , I have an issue in my zoho mail. I am unable to receive any mails. The sender have informed me that it is showing 554 5.2.3 Mail Policy violation error delivering to the mail boxes and it shows that message which was sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. Pivot displays currency as $ when field is GBP

Razorpay credit card payment not working

Cannot Remove Old Domain Aliases
I removed my old domain and added my new one to my Zoho control panel and it is not letting me remove all the old domain email aliases. In the control panel > Mail Accounts I click the remove button and I get a red error saying "Operation not permitted"

My zoho account POP 3 can't sync in Outlook
Hello, My company use zoho service @ut-stc.com.vn. Recently, our e-mail worked normal, but from today ( 16-05-2018) this e-mail (training@ut-stc.com.vn) cant sync in outlook when i choose POP 3 option, it asked for password everytime ( althought i type the right one). In control panel i enabled POP3 / IMAP already, we use it very normal from last year. Error (0x800CCC92) Could anyone know how to solve this ? Thank you very much
