1) For the Indeed Integration, can you make a feature that allows you to save Indeed searches in Zoho? This would make workflow faster because Indeed does not allow you to name your searches. 2) The uploaded resume does not have a link back to the resume URL on Indeed. If there is no contact info on the resume, there is no way to go back to the candidate on Indeed to contact them.

I've been using Notebook for about a year, syncing notes between an iPhone and two Macs. I prefer in Preferences, to set my "Sort by" to "Custom (Drag & Drop based on your requirements)". Hi, We had tried executing an email campaign on Saturday 23-09-17 and unfortunately we had hit the default 5% bounce rate, owing to which the campaign was canceled automatically. Upon raising a support ticket, we were informed that the campaign will restart on its own in 24 hours however, we don't find any re-initiation as of now, even 48 hours later. When I get a notification on my iOS or Android device in email for a ticket, it opens the web browser and not the native Desk app that is installed. This is a time impact as I have to log in each time. Pricebooks, automated prices and VAT - zohocrm can't handle that?
We recently emailed support asking for a way to have zohocrm automatic add value to list price and add VAT, and recieved a concerning reply that zohocrm can't handle that. Are we the only organisation that needs a way/method to handle quotes, pricing and VAT issues automatically? If you have had the same issue and found a solution are we very interested in your solution. Zoho replied "We may analyze the option to automate this in our future road map." - doesnt sound like a near solution.
