Conditional logic - how can I create an if/then situation for two fields
I need to correlate tree height with tree diameter. For example, if a tree is 5 feet/metres tall, the diameter has to be at above 12 inches/100 centimetres. If the correlation doesn't work, I would like the entry rejected or appear with a warning. Any ideas! Thank you in advance for any help.
Why I can't verify my email account? Please HELP
I created a Zoho email account 3 days ago and linked it to a domain that I owned. In the process I used an email address like one using my new domaine name. During the set up process of connecting the account to my domaine, I received 2 emails from Zoho on my newly-created email address to verify my account within 30 days and my email address. I am trying to Sum data by a Month/Year date range to merge with another table
I currently have a report for Quotas by sales rep and date (Mm/yy) A separate report for Sales by Mm/DD, and Rep. I can do pivot tables independently for quota and sales; however when I attempt to add sales to the quota pivot to determine the variance by month Sales vs. quota, the sales is summing the entire year not by month. I believe that a query to get a sum of sales by month is the route I should take AND then merge to the quota table. yet this is where I am not able to get the proper sum of

Adding Multiple Events
I am looking for a custom function (or any solution) where multiple events can be inserted based off an update in potentials. Basically, we sell days of training. When we sell the training it is usually between 4 and 6 days of training. What I want to do is allow for the creation of multiple events based off the number of "Training Days" (a custom picklist of 1-6 in our potential module) selected when the status is updated to "Closed Won". Hi, I've been able to get Zoho Reports to generate some geo maps but am having some issues with 'unresolved' location. I currently have the United States Postal Service Zip Code data set loaded. I use that to 'tag' all geo columns onto my data. It doesn't seem to be working 100%. What geodata should I be using to get it to work accurately. Problem with Redirect
I added a page to redirect to my event ticketing site, which I've had set up for a long time and it works fine. Friday, I changed ticketing providers and went in to change the redirect url. Now, I cannot access any part of the zoho web editor without the site redirecting me! Everytime I log into zoho sites, I can see all of the features for a few seconds... and then it redirects me to the new site. Hi, I would like to use an email campaign that I have already run as a template in my library. I used to be able to do this by cloning the campaign, editing the content then clicking "save as template". However, I no longer see that "save as template" option in the new UI. Developer Changes Don't Populate In Sandbox
I'm not sure if there is a trick to this, but I've created a new module in developer with some custom fields. The module shows up, and I can create records, but none of my custom fields show, it only shows the stock fields that are added to a custom module.

Why offer personalised subject lines in places where they don't work?
As the video at http://nimb.ws/TOlG3E shows, when editing the email for a subscriber to change their email address, the help under the Subject line field says "Personalize your subject line. Learn more". But if you do try and personalize the subject line, you get an error message telling you that "Special characters are not allowed". Hello, Created a ZOHO site, added existing domain under Configure > Domains, installed SSL cert under Configure > SSL. The API is returning the following error to my SyncApps log details: Error on sync: Module is hidden for your organization (Error code: 4918) The Contacts module is not hidden, so this error does not make sense to me. Expired SSL Certificate
Hi my site renders with error when using https because the ssl is expired. I do not pay for ssl so can I have the ssl certificated completely deleted to prevent error message. I know I do not have the plan for it and do not pay for it, but I do not want it. Now because it is expired it causes error. If it was removed completely I would not get the error. Please permanently actually remove my ssl certificate, rather than leaving an expired one. Thanks.

Problem with Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook
Hi, I am new to Zoho. I used Google until it stopped accepting/ working. I use calendars to input appointments special days ect a week before the event and have them emailed to me on a daily basis until the given date and in the case of birthdays automatically repeated each year. I rely on e-mail alerts I do not open a calendar except to input something unlike many others who consult their diary everyday to see what is for that day? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
Template border delete option
Hi, I was just wondering if there is a way to removing the border from the template. I created my campaign on Microsoft publisher and as this isn't supported on Zoho, I saved it as an image and it fits nicely into the template. However, there is the white border around the coloured background which I don't want there, and instead of having to find the exact colour on the colour wheel to match the image colour, I was thinking it would be easier to simply delete the border? If this is at all possible
delete repeating events
I created a weekly repeating event to test that capability. I have two problems. First, I can't delete the repeating event. I can delete instances of the event, but no the entire event. Is there a place where this can be done? Secondly, one of the forums suggested that repeating events could be deleted on the calendar. But this event is not showing on the calendar.

All these extra apps on the far left, the Streams "ad" above my inbox, the Smart Chat on the bottomline. Probably they're of use for people in large company's, but for me it's just too much. Hi, I got a new PC and loaded up all the settings into outlook. Mails started downloading and now just will not connect to the server. Hi, I've got the following problem. When I got home from work I wanted to check my e-mails. It acted weird and started to get slow and finally it didn't load at all. Does Zoho implements Queue operations when executing webhooks requests?
Hello, I need an explanation / confirmation regarding webhooks. Once Zoho run the webhook request, how you know that request is successfully accepted by the client application? What params can I use in response to confirm that the request is accepted and processed correctly? In the case of some error, will Zoho repeat the webhook request? Does Zoho implement the Queue operations so it's possible to resend a request again, for example, after a few minutes if the previous request failed? Please confirm
