Event Email Notifications
Though receiving a message stating that the email notifications are being sent one of my users notifications are not being sent out. The exception is when an event is being scheduled for a group created for all users. I thought this could be due to a setting but it appears all is set correctly for this to work. Any ideas?

Mail Account Not Active after adding recovery email.
Hi, I have emailed zohomail.com hours ago. No update yet. I am hoping posting here will help. Not sure why, but I logged in, I was prompted to add recovery email (i already had one) so I guess system wanted two. So I did. After that logged out and then tried logging back in but my Account went Inactive, cannot use mail app/zoho email. Later on my Account got disabled. Now I was able to login in trying to post here on the help forum but mail still doesn't work. Please help! This is my business email.
unable to configured email in outlook
I am unable to configured email in outlook. It shows attached error. When I tried to enable IMAP but show "Available exclusively with the paid plans." Can you please tell how can I setup emails in outlook ?

Hi 1) If I have edited a report that is already part of a schedule, the report is not updated. For example, I edited a report and removed a column, but when the scheduled report was sent out, the report had not been updated. Does this mean if you edit a report, you need to delete your schedule and re-do? 2) In regards to Potentials mainly in my case, when we run a report, the amount comes across with the currency which than you can not sort by amount as it takes the currency code into consideration.
How to: copy a folder to another account/reporting database?
Hi there. Unfortunately for me, I am new with Zoho reports. My question is: how can I copy a folder containing several reports, and a dashboard from another folder, to another reporting database. Can I copy these to another account in a specific database? I've change my phone number and I can't access my account anymore
Hello, As the title says, I've changed my phone number but the account need the code sent to my phone number to proceed to the mail box. When I choose the option that I haven't access to the phone anymore, it says I need to contact the admin account. But the admin account is the one I'm trying to access, it doesn't makes sense! Changing Phone # to Primary?
Hi, I had two zoho accounts for different domains, each with a different and valid phone number for verification. I have since deleted one of the accounts completely. I then added the second phone number to the first account, which worked fine. iPad App Bug Opening Forms

Hello. I am using Zoho Mail as an extension of Zoho One. The problem is, I cannot create new e-mail addresses, because there is no Add User button. I'm attaching a screenshot of it. Opening Bank Balance when migrating from another accounts package
Hello, We are struggling understanding how to key opening balances. We have stopped our old accounts package supplier at the end of March 2018. We are on UK VAT cash accounting scheme. We have an opening balance of £50,000. Included in this is Proforma's received before the start of the new zoho data (1st April 2018) of £10,000. If we put an Opening Balance of £40,000 & key £10,000 prior to 1st April, this changes the bank balance & opening balance to unearned income. We can't key Proforma payments
