CRM accounts lost now?
Hi! I was testing this out a year or two ago (free version to start) and am now circling back on this project and jumped back into zoho to see the accounts again but all of them are now gone? I went to the CRM and Accounts section and I see it says "your Zoho CRM migration is in progress" which makes me feel like it is importing it, but been on that screen a long time and no accounts appear to be importing. Are all of my accounts and notes i put in previously (year or two ago) now lost forever? OR

Hello, We are an ecommerce brand that sells the Big Commerce platform, as well as users of ZohoCrm. Our current customers have been sync'd via Highrise How can we append customer BigCommerce orders to our Zoho CRM contacts? Multiple Filter Forwardings Seem Only Working for the First One
Hello, I've configured three filter forwardings for my mails but it seems like only the first mail address received them. I'm sure I did not check the "Do not process other filters." option. BTW, the email forwarding in "Mail Account" section is always working.
Creator 5 migration
We're new to Zoho Creator. Seems very good for our needs. We've done a great deal of work and were surprised to see we're already being moved to a new platform. Of course, things change and we do understand. Reading the support information about migrating to the new version, it mostly looks like front end changes, all fine. Would you please tell us the significant changes in the new version that might be challenging for migration of existing applications? What areas should we look at most closely?

CNAME subdomain issues
I added a CNAME to my domain for the desired subdomain (helpdesk.riverfoursquare.net) and pointed it to 'customer-support.zoho.com.' 'https://desk.zoho.com/support/riverfoursquare' redirects to 'https://helpdesk.riverfourquare.net/support/riverfoursquare', but the page cannot be displayed. Right now, I'd prefer to just switch it back to the default. Is there a way I can do that myself without needing to involve you guys? Thanks!
Cannot find old mails
Hi, I am trying to search for certain emails which are a year or more old. However, scrolling down the search results stops after less than an year old mails i.e. the oldest mail I see is like 9-10 months old. Can you please take a look at the earliest as some of these emails had important information for me? For example, I am pretty sure I had mails with the word "starbucks" in them more than a year back. However, the oldest mail that shows up in the results is in Dec, 2016. Thanks, Abhinav.

I realize there is the iCloud backup, but I’d like to see another method in which one could manually back up the full set of notebooks into something like Dropbox. Are there any plans for such or any way to work around it and get a 2nd backup presently?
2 Different Emails - Can the accounts be joined up somehow?
When I started using Notebook on iOS, I used one email, and then when I joined the community here, I used another without realizing it. Can I somehow get these merged so that I use the original one (tuxknits) so I don’t lose anything I’ve got in Notebook to date? I couldn’t find a way to make a change through my profile info. Thanks.

Need help creating a quote form
I need to be able to look up a price based on the breed of dog and the service level(bath or groom). Ideally I would like to be able to select the breed from the dropdown, then select either bath or groom and the price would then populate. I have tried this several different ways. Apple Mail client authentication error
My Mail app running on an iMac was working okay but now has an authentication error that prevents it connecting. The error message is 'Unable to verify account name or password'. I have checked all the settings (which were unchanged) and also deleted and reset up the account details but keep getting this message. I can connect to the mailbox successfully using the same credentials on my iPhone.

Since we switched to ZOHO I experience quite terrible times with IMAP - quite often notifcations about new mail are not instant and are delayed by tens of minutes! It kinda looks like Zoho IMAP doesn't support IMAP Push - is that the case?

2 Factor Auth and Firefox
I have been using Zoho Mail for over a year now w/o any issues. Recently, I enabled 2 factor auth on my account, and now I cannot authenticate while using firefox. Vat Accounting does not match
My supplier sells his products inclusive of Vat. The total of my purchase is 1,882 tax inclusive. But the Vat (which is of 5%) comes out to be 89.63 rather than 89.62. Tax inclusive works by adding the tax and the amount and the total is what you pay. in this case. the vat multiplied by 21 should give the total. but the vat is calculated wrong. 1882/21 gives 89.6190 . How does your accounting software round this number up to 89.63? Fix this quick.

Scatter chart rearranging
Hello, I have created a scatter chart with values on x-axis 70,80,90,100 which zoho creator automatically arranges in different order - 100, 70, 80, 90. Can't import lookup field with csv
I've set up a new module ("Public Events"), and i'm trying to import a list of these events with a csv I have. All other fields work, but I'm trying to connect each event to an existing account using a lookup field. The problem is the field always comes back blank after the import. Am I missing something to do with lookup fields when mapping it with the csv?
