on iOS app, timers record the wrong date
i just used the timer feature on a task in the iOS app, and when i stopped the task, the timesheet recorded as if it were created yesterday instead of today. I tried it a few times and got the same results. This is NOT an issue on the web app on desktop.
Workflow triggering emails on visit
I'm working on setting up automated emails (workflow) sent to clients when they visit a certain page. The challenge is how only to send 1 email even if they have multiple visit records. I'd like to limit the amount of automated emails to 1 per day per contact, no matter how many visits. Any ideas?

deleted files?
In zoho Connect, at Files, when you delete some folder/file it says it has sent to trash, but where is the trash? I've search it but i've not found it... also I've gone to Zoho Docs of my profile if deleted files go to my personal trash instead the collaborative trash, but not. Can someone show me where deleted files go? i'm new in zoho :-(
Formula field doesn't work anymore
When I change the expression in a Formula field, the value in Report doesn't update to the new value. Even if I delete the expression, it still shows an old value. Thanks, Martin

No DKIM with outgoing email in Thunderbird
Hello, When I send my emails using Thunderbird , the outgoing emails (sent with smtp.zoho.com) aren't signed with DKIM. In the Zoho control panel DKIM is enabled and works fine. When I use Zoho webmail DKIM is sent with the mail. So apparently Thunderbird is the reason. I use Thunderbird 52.6.0 , mail.strictly_mime = true , text encoding outgoing email = unicode UTF-8 Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks!

Unable to subscribe to external calendar using iCal
I want to subscribe to an external calendar using a URL that links to an iCal ics file. (1) In the 'new' version of Calendar, the settings dialog is not available. There is a link in settings which should open the dialog, but nothing happens when you click it. (2) In the 'old' version of Calendar I was able to enter the URL of the external calendar. I got the message 'Calendar subscribed sucessfully'. But the calendar is not displayed. All I can see is my personal calendar. I have tested the iCal

Limited Number of Notebooks Visible?
On my S3 tablet I see all of my notebooks, but on my Note 4 I only see the first four with no way to scroll to see the others. Am I missing something? This quite limits the usefulness of this lovely app.
Lost Passcode, But App Sent Reset on Password NOT Passcode.
I forgot my 4-digit passcode, so the app wanted me to reset it by sending a link to my email. But problem was that the email only gave me a link to change my account password not my passcode. Any solution?

Number of users in free plan vs paid plan
I currently have the free plan but I'm interested in upgrading to the standard paid plan. The only thing that is stopping me from upgrading is that on the standard plan you pay $24 *per user* annually (with a total combined storage of 30GB). In the free plan you can have up to 25 users for free, each with 5GB of storage. I only need a few users. Let's say 2 users. That means that I would need to pay $48 a year when I could have them for free on the free plan? Is my interpretation correct? It doesn't

We have a need to email/share our solutions module (internal FAQs) externally. We want to build a simple creator app that allows us to choose our solution and input an email address to send all defined information within the Solution. I am VERY new to DELUGE. I am able to create my form and have it send me an email upon success with the solution name that the user chose (CRM variable in the form). Not receiving notification emails when ticket is created in ZohoDesk
When new tickets are created in Zoho desk we are not receiving email notifications of the ticket being created. The users can create tickets through email and I see them in ZohoDesk.

(Suggestion) Access external email account via IMAP
I understand I can add Yahoo email account as POP in Zoho account. But I want to add yahoo as IMAP in Zoho.... that is I want to IMAP yahoo in Zoho just as I can IMAP in any email client (like Microsoft Outlook 2007, Thunderbird, etc) I want to keep in sync the send / receive emails at yahoo and zoho servers. I think it would be great if something like this is possible as most of the yahoo email users are sick of the interface and want to shift some another system.
Emails in CRM sorted randomly
We noticed that we have emails that are sorted weird. (See attached) Seems that emails in 2018 do not show a year in the list view. Plus you see that there are emails from 2018 listed befoer emails from 2011. Can anyone explain how this is happening?

View Planned Timeline vs. Actual Timeline in Gannt Chart
Can I compare in Zoho Projects the original timeline projection with the actual timeline of the project in the Gannt Chart? When I change the dates and times in an already defined project I lose the initial definitions. I would like to be able to see graphically my Planned time vs the Actual time. See attachment as example. I got that screen from another Project Management tool that has that feature. That is a very good tool!

Hi, I use the API Methods (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/api-methods.html) to do integration with some client site and I need to know exists some field with the pre-defined value in the Contacts. I use the getRecords Method and check the returned list, check field by field and this is so much heavy for my aplication. So now I trying to use the getSearchRecordsByPDC Method to search the values in the "Nº CPF" fields in Contacts, but I'm not getting What is the solution to this case?
