Social shares app missing 3 of 4 apps.
I had the Social Share app on my YCTWriting.com website home page and elsewhere. Today only the G+ icon is showing. The Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn icons have disappeared. Did I do something wrong or is there a Zoho Sites glitch?

How would I be able to share my emails with my assistants. So we could see at a glance what has been replied to, what is in process and what needs my immediate attention. Any idea how we could do this SIMPLE task?? I have read many comments about creating public groups and forwarding one copy to each member of the group. But so far if we do this ehen we are blind to what others are doing. We really need a solution to this simple task. It has to interactive so that we can see what each assistant is
adding drop down feild in Leads module
I want to add a custom field in leads module which will be a drop-down list of few items and in which there will sub-items for the items in the list. Is it possible and if yes then how?
tabular vew add field from other joined tables
I want to create a tabular view based on a table, and add other columns from other tables joined by lookup field. In Chart view or Pivot or summary, when you create a new one, you can see on the left side all the table related by lookup field, and you can add the field you want, but in the tabular view, i Don´t see how to do that.
Case Enhancements in CRM
Suggesting following Enhancements to Case functionality in CRM (1) Create Case from Email (Email to Case) (2) Create Case from Incoming Call (3) Create Case from Sales Inbox (4) Create Case from Outlook Note - Using Desk is always not feasible along with CRM. The integration between desk and CRM is very basic and not all modules are available. Hence above enhancements are badly needed.

Can update from a custom script trigger another rule on another module?
I created a custom script that is triggered on Potential update. The script updates the status of the Account of the Potential. There is another rule on the Account status field update. However, this seems not to be activated when the status is updated by the above mentioned script. If I update Account status directly, this latter rule runs properly. Is this scenario - trigger an Account rule by a field update done by a script on Potentials - feasible? Or is there any limitation in chaining scripted
Issue copying notes from Lead to Contact/Deal
Hello, I'm currently writing a script that copies fields from the Lead module (incl. Notes, Tasks and Events), creates a Contact and Potential and copies all the fields across. The function for creating the Contact/Deal and copying the fields is working fine, however I'm coming up with an issue when trying to copy the Notes, Tasks and Events across. Populating Email from Related Module
We are trying to populate the email and secondary email fields in a custom module (Title Orders) from emails found in a related module (Agents). We can pull the Agent names over using a Lookup Field but the email history needs to be tied to the Title Order module. Is there a way to build a custom function perhaps to automatically populate the Email fields once we associate the records?

Hi all, I'm trying to set my mail signature in the mobile app to shows the same as the desktop version but is not working. I set up everything correctly in the desktop version and everything works correctly. In the mobile phone the desktop signature is set up correctly as well but doesn't show anything in the preview and mail goes out withiut signature. Good Morning, I am running a trial of Zoho Recruit and want to try to integrate Indeed and Reed through the Marketplace, but when I try to log in to the Marketplace it just sends me back to the Marketplace screen without actually logging me in. Why is this still not a feature? I really want to be able to Sync a specific folder and all sub folders in my Google Drive to Zoho Docs. The native windows app for Zoho docs is extremely slow at syncing, and it doesnt allow you to map a specific folder.

I have a webform -> lead form on my website. When someone submits the form it sends me an email with the info using a template. The email comes from notifications@zohocrm.com and not from the person's email address collected in the form. I'd like to reply to the email directly. Is it possible to bulk delete Accounts without deleting the associated Contacts and Deals?
I have quite a few accounts in my CRM that got created incorrectly. But they have valid contacts and deals associated to them. When I delete the Account it's deleting the Contacts and Deals too. What is the most efficient way to remove these Accounts without it affecting anything else?

Contacts not synchronizing to mobile device
I recently unlinked my android device from my zoho account, deleted all my contacts from my mobile device and zoho contacts, then imported my backup (a VCF file) directly into zoho contacts. This worked fine, all my contacts were restored there. I then re-linked my zoho account but the contacts were only partially synched: 80 out of 209. Any reason why this might be happening? The contacts to not contain any non-alphanumeric characters, apart from punctuation and hypens.

Getting Form Fields in HTML
Hi everyone, Any help with this would be much appreciated. For my new page, i decided not to embed an iframe with a report, but to use HTML to get a nicer look and feel. The issue that I am having its writing a script to generate these records and then splitting form fields. I have attached an image of my current iframe and then the HTML that I would like to have. With my Zoho mail address, john.campbell@klinglevalley.com, I can send to most addresses. However, no messages to these two addresses go through: gmail.com and aol.com. What can I do to correct this? Should I call the support/help phone number?
When cloning project in iOS app the new project is created with a blank name.
open existing project, clone it, type in name, click Save and you are taken to the new project page displaying the new name but when you click Done it takes you back to the page for the project that you cloned. click the back icon to the main Projects page and shows the new project at the top of the list with a blank name. This has been going on for several weeks if not months. It happens 4 out of 5 times when performing this process.
Can't receive emails
Hello! I registered to zoho and pointed my mx zones to the zoho servers. My domain is echocheats.xyz I can send email from zoho but if I try to send email to example payments@echocheats.xyz I can't. More than 12 hours have passed since the initial configuration of my dns and zoho. Can you confirm what is the issue here?
