Activate a deleted user?
We deleted a User but would like to activate them again however there is no option to undelete. If we try to create the user with the same email it says the user already exists. If this is not possible is there a way to see their un submitted expenses?

Trying to set up another account
I work with a number of clients. For some reason I have an account I was trying to set up for thehumanside.ca I want my client to be associated with it not me. Every time I try to set it up it says already assign to me in a different account. How do I get it to allow me to set up my client with out associating it to my password username?
Zoho free tier - POP/IMAP/Activesync no longer free?
So I verified a domain and created some users, none of the accounts are allowed to use POP, IMAP or activesync. So all I can use is apparently web mail, which makes it a non started. Is this expected behaviour? If I try and click on one it says that it is only available in paid plans. I have a couple of other free accounts which can use activesync, but this new account cannot. Can Not Receive Emails in Zoho - Working Perfectly Until I Updated Nameservers with Hostgator
Hi there, I was beginning to use Zoho mail & it was working great for a few days including the MX records, everything. I tested to ensure I could send/receive emails & that was working okay. I then purchased a hostgator account to begin building a website on this & updated the domains nameservers - i didn't change any MX records or anything. As soon as I done this, emails began bouncing & no longer working. I've tried to resolve this with hostgator to no avail. Can anyone help?
IMAP Setup in outlook for mac
Hi, I have set up IMAP mail on outlook for windows just fine and it works great but I tried to do the same for outlook for mac and I can't get it to work. I followed the same tutorial on this site with the same settings but it only receives not sends mail. I have searched online and the forums but cannot find a solution. Field for twitter ID?
Quick little question: In ZOHO-CRM the twitter ID exists as an available field (which I find useful!). But in ZOHO-Form builder I do not find this option. How do we do this, do we just simply add @ before a 'single line' field?
Shouldn't mapping CRM fields to Form-fields auto-populate or update these fields?
I have integrated ZOHO-CRM with ZOHO-Forms and I have linked/mapped every field in my Form to fields in my CRM (Leads). Also I have activated 'update info with existing Lead-contacts', but the information does not populate these before-mentioned fields! Instead a pdf-file (of the filled-in form) is added to the 'Lead'. What did I do wrong?

Eliminate or hide fields or modules in Job Openings Module
I'm trying to eliminate or hide some fields like "Account Manager" or "Forecast Detail" set of fields because we don't need them but I can't. Zoho SPF Softfail
All my email are going straight to junk on hotmail and I think it is because of the SPF record. The help file says to use this SPF record: v=spf1 include:zcsend.net ~all Using this SPF record generates a "Soft fail". I looked into this and it is because the IP address is not specified. "~all" without an IP address is essentially saying all emails should soft fail. I sent a test email to see the IP and got 74.201.84.163. Is it right to use a SPF record like: v=spf1 include:zcsend.net ip4:74.201.84.163
Webhooks not sending on submit?
Desired behavior: on a user submitting the form, the data is collected into json format and POSTed to an endpoint. Current behavior: user submits form, data is logged in zoho forms, but I never receive a POST with the data. Please note that this was working properly when I set these forms up in November, last known date of working was February 28th. Set up: forms are set up to send webhooks (form> integrations> webhooks) with the enable box checked, the url is in the format "https://domain.tld/endpoint"

I can see the Skill Set Matrix under Performance > Teammates does a nice job of this, but there's no configuration possible beyond filtering. Zoho One - Highly recommended Upgraded Feature!
I have a fantastic suggestion for Zoho One to make it even better than it already is! At present to have custom domain names for all of the various services we have to manually create the same records and then email Zoho to activate the necessary SSL certificate. Why not change this entire process! Deluge Add Record Script Not Triggering Zapier
When I add a record to a form using the deluge add record script, I receive no trigger action in Zapier, even though the new record is successfully being added to the correct form. I know that form data can be emailed to a form, and from what I have read, this will cause Zapier to trigger, but I have been unable to setup automated emailing at this time. Is this a bug in Creator or a bug in Zapier? Are there any other workarounds available? Thanks for any input!!!!

Unable to submit report for approval - "Tags is not supported for this account"
Hi, I have a problem with Zoho Expense. I've created a report with expenses associated and I'm trying to submit it for approval (to myself, since I am the account manager). However, when I submit the report for approval I get a message "Tags is not supported for this account" and I cannot proceed. I have not knowingly set any tags and I cannot see even what "tags" refers to. Please can you help sort this out as I need to get the expenses approved so I can bill my client! Date Only on Formula Field
I have a form with a date field, not a date-time field, and a formula field that references that date field. The formula uses date_field.addDay(7) to add 7 days to it. That formula works, however it is formatted as a date-time filed in reports. I need the field to only show the date in reports, without the time. The 00:00:00 time stamp is not only unnecessary, but it takes up too much space on the report and is inconsistent with the rest of the date only fields in the report.
