Hey guys! do you use the task list feature?! if i create a task list - it looks like as i add them, the 'newest' shows at the top? So, my tip would be, if that's the case, start with your last step first and then they will be in order! I.E. if your steps are, create domain name add cname record set up hosting then it will appear in your task as :: set up hosting add cname record create domain name and that's backwards - these tools are supposed to make our lives easier and we get everything ironed

Cancel (and Other Buttons)
Forms only have Submit and Reset Buttons. I'd like to be able to add other custom buttons, particularly a Cancel button. I want this so I can attach an OnCancel script. In my case I want to direct to a particular form. I've worked around this by creating Stateless Forms, but it seems like I'm doing twice the work and creating additional confusions.

change date format within zoho invoice 2.0
Does anyone know if it's possible to change the date format display on pages for inputting data from the US format (MM-DD-YY) to the UK format (DD-MM-YY). Note, the date format option on the Organisation Profile ONLY affects MAIN display screens, NOT data input screens. As an aside, it should be possible to use UK spellings rather than US spellings - organisation vs organization. Stateless form + URL parameter + Web Page + Embed Report
I have Stateless Form to enter userID and password, the workflow of the button onclick is OPENURL with URLparameter of userID and password to a Page. In the page I'm using an embed Report. Is it possible to add the URLparameter to the search string of the embedReport? I tried different approaches most of the time it crashes and I have to delete the page and start over... Thanks, Martin

Hi, I'm new to this and it's my first post in this forum. I'm struggling to get data from a related form into a field. It's something to do with the lookup value being in a lookup dropdown I think. Form A (Room_Cat_Form) has fields called Room_Usage and CtFm_Net. Form B has a lookup field for Room_Usage and I need the corresponding value of CtFm_Net in another field (Usually_Net). I am attempting to create a member portal using sites but seems this might be above its abilities from this side. I can create a new user and signup however, it seems I can not redirect the user upon successful signin to a user area that is protected. Hi, for some reason suddenly all my integration commands are now failing for 2 reasons: 1. They are failing authentication (I recently had to change my password due to 2-tier auth expiry) 2. More weirdly the method signatures are completely different to the documentation. Pressing F3 gives a signature of: (string, Bigint, Bigint, Map,string, Bool). notes on timers needs help
timers are very useful, but without notes they arent. yes, zoho projects timers have the ability to enter notes but its implemented in a way that is very limiting. 1. when closing a timer on iOS, please prompt us for a note description instead of just closing the timer 2. on the web app, when i go check the notes on a time log, i can not COPY the text of the note without going in to EDIT the timer first. I can hover over the SHOW NOTES button but if i move my mouse over to try and select and copy
Hungarian language unwanted
Hello, I am using Zoho mail in French but I also realised that not of my menus have been translated into French. Some sub-menus are in Hungarian (no idea why). For example, the options bar when I create an email, half of the options have their name in this language (insert a link, bold, italic, and so on). How could I fix that ? Thanks Olivier

Two days ago, I submitted a support ticket to https://help.zoho.com/portal/newticket but got no confirmation or follow up (not even an automated acknowledgement of receipt). Lookup field that aggregates two reports
I've a lookup field "Purchase Order" but the orders can reside in either of two Reports "Purchase Order Product A" or "Purchase Order Product B" Any idea how I can make appear entries from both forms in this single lookup field?

Sending mail from Zoho address using Gmail?
Hello, I want to use the gmail interface to send mail from my Zoho email address. I was doing it quite happily after connecting it using stmp a few months ago, but something went wrong and I just tried to reconnect it, but it doesn't seem to connect it now. I've used 'smtp.zoho.com' as the 'SMTP Server', Port 465, and SSL. Could someone please help? Thank you.
Edit Multiple invoices?
We have a few hundred invoices with one field to update to a common value. It appears if I export the invoices, replace the values in excel, then attempt to re-import them it will not overwrite the existing invoices. Editing invoices one by one is painstakingly slow. Trick to accomplish this?
