Custom Products from Parent Product
We are in the final stages of migrating to Zoho from Dynamics. We have an issue with the way we handle products. At our core, we offer training courses, the pricing for those courses differs per client, with various discounts, there is no rhyme or reason as to the discount applied. We would like the ability to record an Account as having a particular course with a number of seats at a particular price and also record the expiry date of that license agreement. CAN I USE ZOHO EXPENSE FOR VENDOR BILL PROCESSING
Hi I use QBO for payment processing of my company's vendor bills. We use some vendors on a regular basis (travel agent etc). Can i make these vendors a user in Zoho expense and then ask them to submit their bills using the system. Once it gets approved, it will be exported to QBO and the vendor gets paid. Whats the catch? This would save time for our staff to make manual bill entry. Are there other systems which i should be looking at? Thanks Loknath
Sticky Group Header In List View [Feature Request]
Hello, I would like to thank the devs for refining the app while waiting for C5... An additional improvement would be to have the group header being sticky. When there's a large number of rows in many groups, you can feel lost when scrolling up or down and not being able to identify what you see (lost context). Sticky group header would help. How to populate all fields in Pivot view (Pivot Table)
I have 3 tables joined by "Description." Currently, row data is shown ONLY for the product in common between all three tables. I need data to be shown in EVERY field where data is present (see attached image). "NG Stock" is the parent to the other two child tables. Record Summary with live links to bidirectional lookup entries
In the normal table view report, forms that have bi-directional lookup can display associated records with links to the related form views (image 1). This allows a user to click and see the details in the related form. I would like to be able to have this same functionality in the custom record summary, but all I get is static text for the same related fields (image 2). Is this possible?

Does the new Campaigns module have style sheets similar to Constant Contact so we can save our heading styles, etc. I know I can save a template, but I am curious about an actual style sheet functionality. Thanks.
Would like a trial of free edition
Hello, Small company with 5 employees. Would like to sign up for the free edition, but each time I try to it starts me off with a trial of the Enterprise edition. What I'd really like is to just see exactly the features I will have with the free edition, would prefer for the time being to not make use of modules that will not be available in the free edition. Is it possible to downgrade myself, or someone from the Zoho team to do it?

How can we send mass emails using different email templates based on the Campaign Member Status? For example: a contact with a Member Status of "Signed On" would get a different email than a contact that has a Member Status of "Not Interested" Please help!!!

Wordpress contact form mail not working
Hi, Wordpress forms are not able to send emails. We tried with WP SMTP plugin however it also doesn't work (gets timed out on test) We have changed the mail delivery to Remote Mail exchanger but still doesn't work. Finally we installed zoho wordpress mail plugin. This seems to be working. However there are two issues: 1. Its adding line breaks <br> as html in the emails received 2. Two emails are being received. One with form data and another blank email. Please check the attached screenshots. What

Communication /collaboration app
I am about to start a really big and complicated project. I also just signed up with Zoho-One (as Solo-preneur). I hope to be able to use Zoho to organize and coordinate this project. I recommended Zoho to one of my collaborators. Which app(s) should we use to communicate? Cliq, or another app? Or shall we stick to Slack, after all? Also, it seems that it is not possible to add collaborators to Zoho-Projects if you have a single account. How can I still collaborate with others?

How to create an audit function in deluge
Hi there. to be able to report on the changes in a leads status, I want to create an audit module, and push data into it every time the lead status field changes. I'd like to store: * Lead ID * Old Status * New Status * Person who made the change * the date the change was made I'm moderately comfortable in Deluge (but no expert!). I was thinking of creating a workflow on field update of the lead status field, but can't work out how to get the old field value in deluge. I am sure I'm missing something
Can't add or change record summary using form definition?
Hello, I am trying to copy all changes from one app to to another (the first app is used for testing new features, and the second app is actually used by the users). I have some record summaries that I want to copy to the second app, but when I enter one into the Form Definition script and save, the changes are not saved. I would very much like to avoid remaking these in the editor because they aren't small (and I hate using drag-and-drop editors). Is there any way to copy or modify the record summaries

Can't access email
the dash board says that I need to set mx records, but I've double checked and the mx records correctly direct to the zoho servers in cpanel with my hosting provider. I don't know what else might be the problem. I haven't had email for 4 days now.
Sales tax Reporting for various regions and tags
I need to track sales using four tags so I can get combinations of four regions and two customer types, Retail and Wholesale. It is easy enough to attach a tag to a wholesale customer and get data for many sales.However- When looking at doing the same with Retail customers we have thousands therefore is impractical. Syncing contacts from Shopify getting 100% Ignored Subscribers due to lack of email addresses but they all have email addresses
As the title says, we tried syncing to our Shopify store but after the sync ZoHo is telling us that 100% of our contacts in Shopify don't have an email address. This is clearly wrong. Has anyone else run into this?

Love Zoho Invoice. But here's a question: when I invoice clients monthly, I push an invoice with invoice detail from excel. The excel is saved to Zoho Invoice as an .xlsx file and it sends to the client correctly. The issue is that later, when I go to access to attachment easily, the attachment saved WITH the invoice has been converted to a .txt file. Is there a Zoho Invoice developer that can look into this and correct it? Otherwise I have to dig through emails to find the invoice and its attachment...and
Problem with attachments
Is there any problem with the attachments? It returns Error while listing attachments (null). Furthermore all the images in signatures, attached images etc. are crashed.
How do I create subheading in an invoice
We are test running ZOHO products so that we can use it for our operations. But we need to know the possibility of of customizing the invoice template to have a semblance of our excel template. Attached is a sample of how our existing invoice looks like. The emphasis is on the sub-topics A, B and C and there may be more or less depending on the job. Dropbox subfolder sync
Dear Support, I would like to know when the dropbox subfolder sync is coming to the zoho projects? The dropbox sync has great potential but sadly not being able to sync complete folder architectures with one click is a huge bummer. For example, I might have one central project folder that includes tens and tens of sub- and sub-subfolders. Manually syncing each is a waste of time. CSS not loading in heat map view
I ran into a problem with two different websites where when I view the heat map experiment, the CSS for the page is not loaded under the heat map overlay. When going to the page directly, everything looks fine. The page also looks right on the Experiments page where a screenshot is used as the thumbnail... The sites are both WordPress websites. I've tried both the regular snippet and async. I'm hoping this has been seen before and there's a solution. Thanks!
