Is there a way to sort a campaign's opens by most recent? After a couple days, I will get a few more opens, and I'd like to see who they are.

How/where do I change the msg that appears when ZOHO has successfully saved my record ? I've looked everywhere and cannot find it. The words, "Data Updated Successfully" completely cover my info so that I must wait for it to disappear before making anymore changes. I'd like it to just be "OK" or be able to have it appear elsewhere on the record

Selecting Search results no longer opens new Tab
As the title says, when selecting a search result from the drop-down options no longer opens a new tab. I was talking with somebody in Zoho Chat this morning and apparently this is a change Zoho made. They said they would notify their developers. I'm very disappointed in this change, and so are all the users at my company. Being able to stay on your current tab and open a new tab is a very good and productive option. I don't see why they would take this away; at least give us the option to choose

Hi Team, I am new to ZOHO API and i want to integrate our organization's Biometric system with ZOHO using Zoho's Attendance API. My emails are being blacklisted by some of my clients email providers
I recently lost out a MAJOR opportunity because the potential was not receiving my emails. They thought I was unresponsive and flaky. As it turns out some of my clients and potential clients email servers are not allowing email from my Zoho email (domain @backofficebetties). Printing In Creator
What can be done in Creator to expand on the few Printing options available by default? Is there a good training resource I can study for this? For example, our DB has over 25 columns but obliviously, they will not print on a single page and some users may only need a certain amount of information printed. Looking for resources on how to expand on this for customized prints.

if I goto my projects app, and I click on documents, and then I click on a zoho sheet, it doenst allow me to open this in the zoho sheets app.. is that right?

Zoho Powerpoint Iframe Embeds NOT rendering on Chrome Mobile
Hi, there, I am pro user of Zoho docs. I embed the ppts on my website using iframe Zoho embeds. Recently I came across an issue. I thought it was a unique one, but in searching, it seems it a long-standing problem with Zoho docs. The problem: The iframe embeds are not appearing specifically on Google Chrome on Mobile Devices. Though they seem to be appearing fine on Desktop screens. I checked the web page on a mobile device in all the available browsers. The iframe loads correctly on safari mobile.
Project user receive notification
Hi, Is it possible for ALL (if we assigned multiple users to a single project) Project users to receive notifications of project progress? Currently, settings for notifications can only be applied to Tasks and Milestones (to our knowledge). Is there a workaround for this? If users are "following" projects will this resolve? Regards
project dates
We are behind schedule all the time. At the begining of a project we get the date when the project should be ready, but during the process sometimes (mostly not dependent on us) the project real end date stretches over several months. So our company would love if there would be one more field for project dates - besides start&end date - the REAL END DATE Thanks a lot !
Associating Candidates with Clients
When looking at a client, we would like to have immediate visibility into what candidates in our database have worked for that client. Is there a way to associate a candidate with a client (not a job opening, but a client)? I know that on the candidate module, you can fill populate the "Company" field, but that doesn't connect the candidate with a client. The ability to connect candidates with clients would be an incredibly helpful feature for both our sales and recruiting processes!

Additional Column for Job Position Applied For

Outlook integration - Zoho CRM vs Zoho Recruit
In Zoho CRM you have the "SalesInbox" in which all mails you've had with leads in your system are actually logged on their profile. I can't find this anywhere in Zoho Recruit - are there any plans of this being a feature in the future? What is the best way to use Zoho Recruit with Outlook and keep track of correspondence with candidates/clients?

Simple Notes Section Within a Project?
Hello- New to projects and am still getting to know the software. I have searched everywhere to find a place to write simple notes within a project. I would assume this would be within the dashboard. Is there a way to add a simple not field or two? As a work around, I'm creating a document within the documents section and I'm placing notes in there, but this is a very awkward workflow and it ends up opening a new window. Any advice? Thanks!

Answered Assessment disappear
We removed the assessment on the existing job opening. After doing this, We're surprised all the answered assessment by the applicants are disappeared. Why not retain?

When my company originally looked at the Zoho Desk product over a year ago, they made some selections with the intention of exploring/testing the product. Now I find myself in a situation where I would like to change these configurations. Specifically, if the the prefix for the email was originally configured as @XYZ.zohosupport.com and i wish to change that to @ZYX.zohosupport.com, how would I make this change?
