How to Process Customer Credit Cards within CRM
Hello. We are investigating Zoho CRM and need to know the suggested way or what others have done in regards to processing credit card transactions from within CRM or an easy-to-use integration with another application (QuickBooks, Zoho Invoice/Books, etc). In short, we would want the Order to be turned into an invoice and use that invoice as the basis for the credit card processing. The solution should be able to securely store the customers credit card information and be PCI compliant. Thanks!

Multi Location Billing
We are a company based out of gurgaon and have branches in Bangalore, Kochi, Chennai, Mumbai and Hyderabad with their respective warehouses and GST. We need to enable billing from these locations with their respective branch address and GST. How do we enable this in books? We are doing a trail to see if zoho suits our requirements and any help in this regard will be appreciated.
how can i hide all PAID invoices?
once paid, i do not want to look at the paid invoices. all i care about are "Draft, partial, due, overdue, etc". paid should be hidden. i want them hidden. doing a custom view DOES NOT WORK. i have had a chat session with the help people 4 times without being able to tell me how to do it! help!!

Hey Zoho guys, I have started to get used to sales orders & can see the logic of using them regarding packing & shipping etc .... What I can't understand is why estimates aren't in Inventory, in Books we can't convert an estimate to a Sales order ? I'm beginning to wonder if I've made the right choice using Books & Inventory ? Very, very confusing the differences in these 2 products, it's quite astonishing!

Problem with GSTR 1 filing
There is a strange thing happening when I generate GSTR 1 through Zoho Books. When I click on overview, it shows properly all the transaction details. When I click on push to GSTN the details are gone. Please suggest me a solution, as it is very irritating. Please refer to the attached images for reference.

Nothing but problems with two Zoho accounts. One account is not accepting what I know is the correct password. The password worked two days ago. For the other account Zoho did not accept the verification code sent via text to my phone, and the system currently is not sending new verification codes to my phone.

Tried logging into one zoho account, get message password is wrong even though the password was created in Zoho Vault. Tried creating a new Zoho account in Firefox, but it just kept recycling to the login page for a different Zoho account. How to include expenses on a labor based invoice
I am trying to bill a customer for both time and expenses on the same invoice. I have all my task based hours entered in for a project using the time tracking feature. I have also entered in several receipts(billable) in the expenses section. However I cannot figure out how to pull both the labor and the expense entries into the same invoice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dynamically updating subform content within a parentform
I have a very simple CMR form where users can chose from a pull down list of users on the parent form. The idea is to have the embedded childform (containing 4 to 5 fields) dynamically update after a selection was made on the parent form. I am unable to find a code snippet or a clear example on how to do this.I'm a little confused as to why when a subform is added it does not prompt you for a parent or a one-to-many-relational key to the parent form. Hello! I have a questions about Zoho Invoice. On the ,y dshboard it shows a graph of yearly income. There are 3 numbers. 1 - Total Sales 2 - Total Receipts 3 - Total Expenses. My question is What is the difference between Sales and Reciepts? I would think they should be the same but maybe I made an error somewhere? Activity Reminders List Dismiss
