Multi Currency Quotation
Hello, We are using Zoho CRM and we are in to supply chain and logistics where one quotation will have multiple currencies at line level. as of now, the quotation can be generated at header level currency in Zoho CRM. Is there any way to achieve this with zoho crm quotation module or other third party applications? Kindly help. Thanks

SalesIQ Visit Tab not visible
Hello, I have enabled the SalesIQ integration. I do get new leads in my CRM with Visitor information, however the Visit Tab is not there, as specified here: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/zoho-salesiq/tracking-visitors.html#Using_Visits_Tab The integration in active and works... But there is simply no Visit Tab! What can I do to access the Visit Tab? I am the admin. All modules are visible. Thanks, Benoit
Exporting Quote Issues
When we are quoting we see all our products, we we export the quote to a PDF half our products are missing - Why is this happening? Its only happening with some of our staff.
Importing customers
We are starting new with Zoho and have a list of past clients I wish to import into Zoho CRM. Which module do I import then into? Do I import them as leads and then convert them all into accounts and contacts, or do I import them as a contact and then allocate an account to them? Your help is much appreciated.
Integrate Recruit with Sign?
Is there a way to integrate Sign with Recruit? I would like to be able to see the documents send to candidates and when they send them back. Ideally you could see this in their profile. Am I missing something?
Year() not outputing data
I have created a formula field to extract the year from a date. I did this in a new section within a new layout (hence, not Standard Layout). The formula is: Year(${Enquiries.Enquiry Date}) But there is no output in my data when I select the field for my output. Shouldn't it show the calculated result of the data? Thanks.
Doubt: Management diferents ecommerces with one unique account.
HI! I am starting to organize my CRM project and I have a big doubt. I have several ecommerce sites. Each one of them is completely different from each other. I could open an account for each site but I don´t want this. I wanted to have a single account and since I managed all the clients of diferent ecommerce. How can I do? Module Association after Lead converted to Contact
I've set our Form entries to be entered as records in a custom module. What I'd like is for the record to associate automatically with the lead or contact that matches the email address on the form. Then if that lead is converted to a contact the record association would continue on.
Can I pass parameters to Reports before viewing
Hi, I want to create a stateless form for passing desired filter parameters to a Report. The user can decide the values and pass these as per their requirement. Validate multiple fields On Add
I have a form with 3 fields. I want to validate the when submittng the form, that the record does not contain either field. For example: if (count(team_member[name == input.name]) > 0) { alert "Name already exists"; cancel submit; } will only check if the if name is used. I want to check both name and another field. Unusual number of bounced emails
Hi, My monthly email campaigns traditionally have around 4-5 bounces per month. My most recent campaign had an unusually large number of bounced emails - 132! It doesn't sound right to me as I know a lot of the recipients personally. How can I check if this is a mistake? Thanks.

How can I reorder a Report's Custom Actions / Functions for a more user-friendly iOS app display order?
Quick question. Is anyone aware of a way to change the order of custom actions for a report? It appears that the order in which they're displayed on the Zoho Creator iOS app is the same order in which they're added as custom actions in Report Settings>>Custom Actions. Every new custom action is added at the bottom of the list and I don't see a way to reorder these custom actions, for the purpose of a more user-friendly display order on the Creator iOS app. Any ideas? Hello, I have got a big problem with zoho docs: Part of my files are deleted due to some mistake: I thought I disconnected a computer before deleting the files in the zoho docs file (so to avoid them being deleted on internet) but still, it looks like I made a mistake as those file (under jean perso) are gone on the cloud. Android APP Security Problem
Hi, Reported this via online chat, if a technician downloads the Android app they have access to ALL of the pc's on Zoho Unattended Access even though they are restricted to one group in the Zoho Manage Technicians area. e.g. if a client wants to have access to their own pc's we cannot allow this because this will give them access to all of our other clients via Android.

How do I customize the name of a PDF sent to me with each form submission?
Hello, So I currently have PDFs sent to me for each form submission that I get through ZOHO. The form defaults to the title "joinus.pdf" which I assume is associated with the title of the form I created. Is there any way to customize the title of the form that is sent with the form submissions to reflect data that is entered. For example I want to forms to be saved in a format that includes the name of the submitter and the date submitted. Is that something that is possible?
