Performing CRUD on Salesforce custom object using Zoho

Adding Facebook pages
When first setting up SOCIAL, I unchecked several pages that I have unrelated to the business which will be the primary account. It allowed me to add that 'brand' perfectly. Now I'd like to add a second Facebook page to create a second 'brand' but can't figure out how to get back to the Facebook to 'open up' the other pages I want as brands. HELP....??? Thanks, Ed

ZOHO CRM- Show latest note in Report
I have searched many forums and there seems to be a consistent request to report only the latest note(s) in a leads report. Currently you can only use filters to show a date range to return results. Is there any plans to integrate a feature like this?

Updating drop down lists and maintaining information up to date in the different records
Hello, I want to update the list I have for 'Client Types'. Is there a way to modify the list of choice so that the existing records are also updated? For example, I have 'Dealer' as a category. I wish to update the list and have 'Dealer - product A' for all my existing dealers. At the moment, if I change my options, the records will not be updated. I do not wish to updated record. We are a reseller of Zoho Services and we have several enterprise clients who are nervous to use Cliq because of the lack of enterprise type settings. The main example is that an admin is not able to access ALL Cliq interactions between employees as well as any outside organizations who might be collaborating. In addition, we do not see any controls to determine if users are allowed to delete communications or channels. We also need the ability to journal/archive messaging for compliance reasons.

I am using zoho in my company. Actually right now there are 2 projects which allotted to me. I am at Manager user. If i want to add one new status i am unable to do that , can zoho have any option to give access to add status to manager . Because as of now only Admin can do that , and admin people are having lots of project so it will affect in all project. So instead of that manager can add status for particular project only. Support within RDP session takes over mouse of host computer?
When I want an external supplier to support their system, I RDP to the server and initiate a Zoho Assist session. Strange thing, the remote support session appears to "bleed though" to my host PC. - the remote supplier moves the mouse within the RDP session on the server and it moves the mouse on my local PC. - if I minimize the RDP session, the remote session goes black (supplier cannot do anything) Is this a bug?

Your access to this website has been revoked because the account was downgraded by the site owner. It will be restored when the account is upgraded again. Used to ok, As I asked vendor to develop this website for me and I take over from there, I am not sure what is the problem, should I upgrade my account or the vendor need to upgrade their account, how can I take over the site totally?
