Zoho books API limit reduced without intimation
Hi We had increased our zoho books api limit after sending a request to you. I had to updated a few 100 customer payment transactions through API and suddenly we started getting the API limit exceeded error msg. This is not possible as we have not even crossed the default limit for the day. The API report page is showing our limit as 1100!!! Why was the limit reduced! Why wasnt even an email sent?! ALl our transactions are failing. We will have to sit and manually update hundreds of transactions

Locking Cells and/or Formulas in Spreadsheets
I am unable to find a way to lock cells and/or formulas. Also the formulas that I have sometimes delete or change themselves without my input. I can do a spreadsheet, close and the next time I open it the formulas have moved around on the page referencing different cells then originally intended.
Add notes in "Weekly Log Time" timesheet view
We primarily use the Weekly Log Time view, as this is most convenient for our staff. Unfortunately, this view does not presently allow users to enter data in the Notes field for their logs, which means they must be added afterward, which is very inefficient. We would like to see the Notes field made available in the Weekly Log Time view so that users can enter Notes at the same time as they are completing their weekly time logging.
Problem accessing on phone
Zoho docs works well on my PC, and my collegue can also use it on his laptop, but although it worked OK on both of our phones at first, just recently we have both encountere the same problem, which is that although the folders and individual files are correctly listed on our phones, when we try to open any file we just get the message "error in loading". I tried uninstalling the app from my phone and then reinstallilng it and registering, but the problem is still there. Any ideas?

We are getting more instances where our email from our domain is being marked as spam or put in the spam folder. What can we do to check why this is happening. Also why is the contact support form come up with an error message about one time only.

Dear team, our mail account is blocked due to the aailable storage space (5 MB) being full. I have just bought more storage space - but it is not available to the mail account. WHAT CAN I DO??? Mail getting bounced if we sent it from gmail or hotmail
I have configured zoho for my friend domain iakrfilms.com. Domain got Verified, MX got verified, DKIM got verified. I am able to send/receive email from Zoho. Is it possible to mass export to PDF a pivot table report for all the different values from user filter?
I created a special report using pivot table and have filtered the different clients using a user filter. Is it possible to generate the reports for all registared clients? Hi, I cant figure out how to update a field following an automatic email using the schedule feature. I have a report called sent quotes which automatically sends a quote follow up. In the report I have a field called "status". I would like the status field to update to "Quote Follow Up Sent". After the automatic email using the scheduler has been sent. Any ideas?
