imap email integration with MS Exchange Server
Does someone use zoho imap email integration with MS exchange server who is willing to help? We get spam, when we open up a port to use the zoho imap email integration. Is someone open to discuss this with my IT department to make it work?

Hi I have been able to successfully access email in outlook and my mail app in my Mac but it doesn’t seem to work on the mail client on iOS I get an error saying mail is currrently unavailable What do I do ?

Hello, With a survey date of 25/12/2017 survey_date.toTime() gives: 25/12/2017 12:00:00 as expected a = survey_date.toTime().addHour(10); info a; gives 25/12/2017 10:00:00 as expected b = a.subHour(10); info a; gives just 25/12/2017 and an error i.e. no time element. I've also tried: a = survey_date.toTime().addHour(22); which also gives 25/12/2017 10:00:00, where I would expect 25/12/2017 22:00:00 Any ideas please? Simon

Hi Just wanted to understand if Zoho CRM free edition offers an option to Edit Pick List. I understand that no new custom fields can be created in the free version but can I customize drop down options for, let's say, Industry Field? Thanks
Cannot connection to server
Hi. Help me please. 1. From 17/11/2017 there are regular messages - it is impossible to connect to the server. Above 10 times per day. Now the same situation. 2. Email client is outlook 2010. In all organization e-mail accounts, in the folder "Send", if you sort mail by the field "TO", the field is displayed "FROM". Folders were not moved, copied or renamed. View settings in outlook set to default. This is clearly a imap synchronization problem. How can this be solved? upd. In outlook by default

Make a subtask a task?
We had a user accidentally make a task a subtask and it wasn't caught for quite some time. Is there anyway to promote a subtask to a task or duplicated it (and all of its data) as a new task? The subtask in question already has comments and additional work on it, so recreating it as a task from scratch really isn't feasible. Thanks

Sales IQ stopped working
Hi, I am running 2 websites with two chat portals. For about the last three weeks things have stopped worked correctly. Email reports only give numbers for one or the other website Brand colouring of the chat widget is crossing over into the other website The monitor "Visitors Online" (the main page of Sales IQ) is just a spinning wheel in the corner of the page (attached image) There is no way to switch the "Visitors Online" view from one site to the other Thank you in advance, Paul
API Suddenly Not Working
Getting the classic code 4500 (Problem occurred while processing the request) suddenly today on any API request we make. We are not over our limit. Our auth tokens are all good. We are otherwise communicating fine with Zoho CRM, just can't use the API to sync our records. This is obviously a huge problem for our sales force. Anyone else having issues? Anyone have a clue on troubleshooting? No response from support ticket submitted. :(

I have installed it and configured it using the settings on your site and been using it without problems for some time in thunderbird. Utterly confused by conflicting information!!! Multiple domains/ email addresses in ZOHO One
Since I have several educational institutions (each with different domains/websites/email addresses and processes) I have been trying to figure out whether it is possible to send & receive email from each different email address and do all the other things that the ZOHO-One platform offers (like CRM, Projects, Bookkeeping) for all of my different business entities within one single (I have no personnel) ZOHO-One account. Each time I receive a different answer, leaving me at this point utterly confused.

SMTP dropping connection since this afternoon
Since a few hours the Zoho SMTP server is dropping connections. It's currently impossible for us to send any email. We use Thunderbird with SMTP over SSL/TLS.

Calendar Colour
Is there any possible way to put a bit of colour in the crm calendar? It's so depressing...white, light grey... :( Can we at least have one colour for the events so we can see them better? Light grey on white background with very light grey text is horrible.

I am trying to setup zoho smtp for WordPress using "WP Email SMTP" plugin. Its working fine for smtp.gmail.com but unfortunately not working for smtp.zoho.com. I have tried both ports ssl and tls with port 465 and 587 respectively. Weird thing is that its working from this smtp testing site https://www.smtper.net/ Am I the only one facing this issue, any solution please.... Thanks in advance.

Expense allows item (goods) on the fly while a bill doesn't.
Hi, I have been trying to use the two features of Bills and Expenses in Zoho Books. To be honest, this feature seems to have a few loopholes and just adds confusions while recording purchases. Neither Bill nor Expense creation seems to be complete and hence I am unable to use just one of them using Zoho books. Below are the restrictions which are bothering me: 1) A bill allows TDS deduction while an expense doesn't. 2) While we can track payments for a bill, we can't do the same for an expense.
Adding a contact in Sheets
Hi All. So in Sheets I am up and running and sharing with some members. People are showing up as Collaborators and can chat with them in the Collaborator window on the right. The "Chats Channels and Contacts" Tabs on the very bottom left corner I managed to add one contact by searching but cant seem to add any more. Any tips appreciated. Cheers Mark

Outlook (office 365 version) suddently can't send / can't contact SMTP servier
Several days ago outlook stopped working with Zoho on the send side. I have tried everything. The error is that Outlook says it cannot reach or log on to Zoho's smtp server. This is causing massive problems as I for years have used Outlook every single day with Zoho without issue.

Also considering we invoice every trimester there is a way to generate the invoices for all customers based on the previous rule.

I can't send mail from ZOHO most of the time. In the last couple of days I frequently get a message that: "Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.zoho.com timed out." Please take care of this.
creator integration with campaign
i need to improve my email side of my creator database. i use mailchimp for mass emails but use creator app for emailing from my members table and its rubbish there's no way to really see whats happening or build templates so i want to integrate with campaign which is not so hard with CRM but seems to be much more involved with creator and the cost to do this seems high ... does anyone know a short cut way to do it or other options...

How to easily have an image show in a Notes field from another form
