Is there an option to add an action button on top of the record summary page (e.g. next to the print icon). Purpose is to create an action that will open another form in the same window.
Email not working
Hi We have been unable to send or receive email through Zoho for about two hours now. Is something wrong with your server or is there currently an issue with mail? Not receiving any error messages, emails just don't send and nothing new has come through. Thanks David 48796320
Not receiving all emails
Hi, I have newly setup my account and found not all mails have been received and I'm being notified. Even from the same sender, I would receive some and not receive some. Also, I have setup both zoho email accounts in my Iphone mail, but I found all of the mails being received in my zoho accounts have been linked to one of the email I received in one of my gmail account. This is so weird that I have never experienced before. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Can I verify using MX records?
I can't verify my domain using TXT or CName records because the web designer won't give me the Wix login details. I do have domain registrar details but when I edit the TXT or CName records they won't verify because of the NS pointing to Wix. I can edit the MX records, can I verify Zoho mail with the MX records?

I'd like to be able to sum users' total duration on calls in minutes rather than seconds. A simple calculated field in the report would be great.
how to close authentication
How can I close the two-factor authentication when login the mailbox at the first time? I do not want the two-factor authentication appearing when I access to the new mailbox. ZOHO IMAP folders sync slow in Outlook
Hi Everyone, I would like to use ZOHO Mail for my business and I'm testing it via Outlook but it sometimes failed to sync IMAP folders and sometimes even failed to send email. Any idea or solution to fix it in Outlook or any suggestion to another e-mail client for windows what is best for using ZOHO Mail?
Email formatting is differs with email platforms (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Mobile)
The preview of the email looks fine, but when it is sent to different platforms, the some font sizes change. Also, on mobile the email, which is supposed to have 2 columns, condenses into one column. We would like the email to look uniform on all platforms. How do we fix this issue?

How do Price Books work? I understand that at the product level we can establish different Price Books or levels, but how can they be applied to a Customer? My issue is that I have a Retail Price List, Wholesale, And VIP price lists that are applied to customers, certain customers buy from certain lists. How do I assign a price list or price book to a customer? Are they tagged or is it a field setting?

After using the Zoho writer, I am quite impressed with it. But other Zoho docs products are quite unintuitive. Just started to use Zoho sheet but found it sub-par compare to Google Sheets. Its UI is not well thought and is quite boring to use. Just take the below case and compare it with Google sheet. Below are from Google sheet This was a simple case. I'd like to have an option to filter accounts without activities in the List View. I noticed this is a filter built into the Contacts List View. Can it be made an option for the Accounts as well?

I have sent a test email to the new, second address from a gmail account and it did not bounce back. How do I configure the Zoho email inbox to receive from the new address as well as continuing to receive from the existing address?
Templates and mailtemplates don't work
Dear team, I attached templates to my contacts and email notifications to my products. So everything was ready to go. This morning all invoices where sent out and they all used the same template and the same email notifications. This means that allot of wrong invoices where sent this morning. How is this possible? I double checked the setting but they all look fine. So: The pdf templates where all wrong and the mail templates where all wrong. I don't understand how this is possible. I tested it
Can't Download Disabled File Upload Record
Hi. I have a form of issues where users can upload a file. When the issue is "Closed", all of the fields are disabled so that the record cannot be changed. When this happens, the uploaded file is no longer accessible. So I leave the fields as enabled and check at verify if the file has been changed: but this is clunky and is more work for the user who goes through the upload process only to be told "no" later.

Thunderbird on MAC not downloading "sent" folder
From a few days back, Thunderbird on both of my MACs stopped synchronizing "sent" folder of my account. Emails went through, you can see them in "sent" folder logging into zoho webpage but not in Thunderbird. I did a bit test and found that gmail sent folder works fine on Thunderbird, sent folder works all good on a few other clients (spark etc) just not Thunderbird. Please shed some light on this. How to show a list of video links on a page
Hi! I have a number of videos that I would like to show as links on a Page. I would like it to be a listing with a direct link in the listing name that would open up the video in a new Tab page. I would like to be able to group them (perhaps in a Table?) so that the User could sort them and then just click on the Title to open the video.
