Zoho books down, and status says all is fine
I cannot reach Zoho books yet the status screen shows it is operating normally. What is the point of a status screen that shows all is fine all the time -even when it isn’t? Very frustrating that Zoho is down when I need it, and frustrating that status is bogus. ☹️

Mail not being forwarded to personal email address
One of my clients' email is not forwarding to their personal gmail account. I've created a user and set up forwarding. When it didn't forward, I deleted the user account and created a new one (same information and same email) and got the same result. No email is being forwarded but the email is indeed making it to her zoho account. Any help would be appreciated.

Converting date-time to date on a report display where date-time is the side effect of a formula subtracting days from a date
In some of my reports there are columns that look like this: "30-Oct-2017 12:30:00". I think the source of the time element is that I started out with a pure date on a form and performed some date-arithmatic on it (subtracted 30 days etc.) using a formula in the form. So the base column displays as a pure date but the derived columns display as date-time. Is there a way to fix this? To display (or fundamentally do the arithmetic) on dates instead of date-times?
To display contents of lookup form with a subform
I have a Form A with a lookup field from Form B. In Form B there is a subform C. I want to display contents from Subform C when entering data in Form A, sometime with one entry in Form A corresponding to like 5 to 10 rows from Subform C. How can this be implemented? I was looking for a field type like "Array" to display all records found in Subform, but the "on validate" action can't pull up Array values to populate such a field.

How to delete all rows in a table
I am looking for a way to delete all data from a table through the GUI. Currently I can only delete 200 rows at a time which is not efficient when a table has 8,000 rows in it. If there is a programmatic way to do it that would be helpful too.

Super Admin Change
Good afternoon, I have already sent emails to both support@zohomail.com and support@zohoaccounts.com with no answer yet. I am the owner of certain domain which is associated with the Zoho Mail service. The current Super Admin is no longer in charge of the mail service administration, however he refuses to give up his roles and privileges. Is there a way to change the Super Admin of Zoho Mail other than asking the Super Admin to do it (because this person refuses to do so)? Regards, J

Trouble configureing MyDomain mail/domain redirector with multiple email addresses only when Zoho is one of them
I’ve been using Zoho for a few weeks, and everything’s been great. Here’s my setup: I have a domain name, “xyz.com” (not the actual name) to which my emails—as well as many family members’—are addressed (e.g.michael@xyz.com; stathis@xyz.com; etc.). Last week, I was perusing the Zoho web pages, and a notice read that I should reconfigure my MX records at my domain to the Zoho ones. I did so, but today my brother called me to let me know (putting it kindly) that he was not receiving his emails.

Am new to Zoho. I am not really a techie and am having problems - the processes seem quite overwhelming. I thought that I had set up SPF correctly but in the notifications, I am notified that I need to verify SPF. Mobile apps don't integrate properly with website
Zoho CRM doesn't correctly sync with the mobile apps. Examples of errors as follows: Leads App: Compulsory fields aren't all showing as compulsory i.e. on the web version phone number and email are compulsory, on the app version only 'company' is compulsory and all other fields can be deleted or ignored Leads App: App doesn't pick up existing clients causing duplication. Zoho Reports Admin
Hello, I would suggest having at least 2 Admins for the Zoho Report module. Currently the reports Admin user defaults to the CRM Super Admin. These can be different people. For my job, I use the Reports module extensively, having to ask our Director to do syncs and add new fields when the CRM has custom fields/modules added is annoying and not productive. This also cause an issue when we upgraded to Zoho One. Our account was upgraded under our Directors user name instead of the existing Super Admin.

Adding email account with Zoho mail hosting without creating new user
I want to add different mail accounts (marketing, sales, etc.) to keep things separate in Zoho Mail. The only way I see to add an email is to create a new user, but I am the only user.
