Deleted emails not showing up in ACCOUNT or CONTACT page anymore?
Hello, new user and have been looking around for this answer. If I receive an email from a contact, it shows up on their contact page in the emails sections. If I delete that email from my mail account, it disappears. Zoho doesn't store a copy of them email like other CRMs? Thanks!

Hello, Since begining of this week, i have no acces of my mails on zoho.. When i try to connect in my account "admin@pfpronos.fr" i got "invalid password" but i never change-it, and when i try to reset my password, zoho send link for reset in the "admin@pfpronos.fr" but i have no acces to thos mail.. this is so paradoxal.. what can I do to recover my password? I noticed today I was unable to tag other zoho users in cases while filling in notes. Usually I type in @(Insert Name Here) but nothing happens when I type in the trigger character. Any ideas as to why this feature stopped working?
Zoho Projects Calendar to iOS Sync Time Zone
I am subscribing to my iOS device calendar using Zoho projects, but the time zone on my device is off 1 hour from the Projects calendar. We are in an area of the US with Daylight Savings Time and think this may be the issue. Projects is set to EST and device is as well. Any ideas?

Dear Support, I had an A/B test campaign scheduled to send last Thursday (10/26/17) at 11:30 AM. The email was approved promptly and sent the A/B test for subject lines at 11:30. Hello, I am new in zoho and I would llike to know HOW TO SEND A LINK VIA EMAIL to a lead so the lead would response back to me indicating the day and time for a meeting. I mean, I have an email template that finishes with a question: "When is it much better for you to have a meeting with me?" and right after that question, I would like to add a link that says: "Schedule meeting" When my new LEAD clicks on that link, he can send me the date of the desired meeting. Blueprint to send email to associated vendor?
Hello, I have a custom module for basic project handling, which uses a "vendor" lookup. As usual this gives me a related list for "vendor" in the custom module. I wish to create a blue print for the custom module that sends an email to the contact email address of the linked "vendor". New Lead Button on Search Results
A common work flow for me when adding a lead is to search the name of the company first, to avoid adding a duplicate. It would be great if the "no matching record" page had a button I could click to add a new lead, so that I didn't have to close out of the search first.

Impossible to recover signing up process
I have started the process to sign up for a new domain and I didn't get to validate the mobile number asociated to the domain. Now I got the validation code but I can't find the page to validate it. Besides, it's impossible to sign up again with the same data because the domains appear to be already registered and there the password I used to sign up doesn't work because the mobile number hasn't been validated. My Zoho Mail Control panel wont show my domain

Get CRM ID from Desk Contact with API
Hello, i have over 7.000 Contacts in CRM. This Contacts are Pushed in Zoho Desk every hour via the Intergration. I have a custom Mudule in CRM with Contacs linked in it. now i must create Tickets over the API with these in CRM stored Data in Zoho Desk, with the Zoho Creator. My Problem now is, that i cant link the CRM Contacts with the Support Contacts with an ID. In Reports i see the field "CRM ID" in Zoho Desk Contacts, but i cant get this over an API Call. what i get if i seach in the Desk API

The issue below was reported about a month ago by another user. I am having the same issues! Using Zoho one, on outlook 365 with zoho plugin - but it's freezing and spinning . Hi, Just subscribed to Zoho One and noticed that Meetings was listed as one of the applications. When I came to try it out Meetings is not listed within the Applications list when I click on Add Applications. I went direct and only have access to the free version of Meetings.
