Unusual Sending Activity Detected
My wife's account (wanda@goevolve.com) was blocked when she tried to send the same email to multiple recipients. She does this about once a quarter. What is the limit to the number of addressees on a single message? How can she easily send a single notification email to a little over 100 people once a quarter? Please help. Thank you. Scott
Mail stopped syncing to Mac mail
It's asking me to enter my password...which I do...and then it tells me that my password isn't correct. I can log in on the web, but I really need my emails to dump to my mac mail. Anyone know what I can do to resolve this? THANKS!
On Update Form Script Not Working On Multi Select
Hello Zoho Community! I'm having a bit of a problem. I've got a deluge script that runs on update in one of my form fields. At this point I'm just using the following script for testing. info 'Can you see me?!?'; If I edit a single record from a report and edit the appropriate field, I'll get my 'Can you see me?!?' prompt. But, if I select two or more records in my report and update them, I'll see no info box at all. Am I missing something here? I thought the code in the "on update" section

Changing Field Name value
Hi Everyone, Is it possible to change the field name on a form base don the value of another field ? So I have a drop down where I select the account name and then based on that account name I would like a particular field name to change. Application Password from Google (G Suite) not working on Zoho CRM
Hello, I am trying to sync my G Suite account in Zoho CRM through IMAP. I have followed the instructions in creating an Application Specific password but it it not being accepted into Zoho CRM. I keep getting messages that it is an incorrect password. I don't want to turn off TFA from G Suite. Any help is highly appreciated, have tried multiple times with multiple app generated password.

Create secondary Zoho email
I see that there is an option in Zoho Account to add an email address, but it looks like new addresses have to be non-Zoho. I am looking into adding a new @Zoho email address under my existing one. I am working on a website, so if people contact me, I would like customers to contact me at my secondary email and not my primary one. But if possible, I would still like to be notified through my primary. Is this possible?
Brain Fart - Simplest way to update many records in another form with my current form?
I feel like I should know how to do this, but my brain mapping of how to solve this just isn't working, or maybe I'm overthinking it, or probably both. So I have a form for my products, called "Add_Product". This is where data is stored about each product, like its name, size, quantity on hand, etc. Then I have another form for quick inventory updating called "Add_Inventory". Potentials and Leads Confusion
Hi, I am setting up Zoho for my business and I imported around 200 different accounts that we are pursuing in as POTENTIALS. Currently, none are set up as leads. My question is whether I should change some of our lower-probability opportunities into leads? Or keep them as potentials? Or, can I take full advantage of the system with all of them entered as potentials and not leads? Thanks.

Hello, recently we have noticed that some of our banners are not showing properly on certain email clients. We have noticed that also a "hidden" class has been added as well as a "display:none!important" attribute has been added. We don't know where it comes from. Zoho CRM to Zoho CRM Migrating Data
I have completed a back up of my previous ZOHO CRM and trying to migrate the data into our new ZOHO CRM. I have copied the customisation from one crm to the other. Is there a way that I can import the original create time and not have it automatically changed to the date the data is imported? It is very frustrating. I've just logged in to my Zoho CRM account and all my data has disappeared. It looks like the account has been reset as it asked me to add Company Name and Phone details. Is there a time limit on free accounts. All my customer data was in there. Can't get through to Zoho with chat, not a great service.

Can I add Account columns to the Tasks list view?
I have a list view for a set of Tasks. Each Task is associated with an Account. I want to be able to sort the list of tasks by a field on the Account (e.g. an estimated value field, a size of company field, etc.). I can only add columns to the Task view which are on the Task.
