Select the Client when adding a log time
Hi, Is it possible to first select the Client, then the Project and finally the Job, when entering a new time log? My problem is that I have several clients which have Projects with the same name. When I want to enter a new time log, I can see the Projects but they have the same name and I cannot differentiate them from their Client. Thanks in advance, Nathalie
Unable to confirm user in Zoho CRM
We try to add a new user to zoho crm but every time we send him a (re)invite email, he cannot log in the system, he receives the notification that his account is disabled. In Zoho CRM, the user has the status Not Confirmed. In CRM, we can assign accounts to him. but he is unable to log in. We reviewed all information about this problem but couldn't find a solution. How to insert records in a HTML Page/custom created HTML Form in Creator?
Hi, I created a custom HTML Page. I have 3 fields namely name, email and contact number. Using this custom page, I want to insert records. Basically, I want this page to mimic the behavior of a standard Form created in Zoho Creator. I tried to put the Deluge scripts to insert, however it is not working out. No option to share folder
Hi, New to Zoho so apologies if this has been covered. I have created a custom folder "shared" so that I can allow other group members to view emails. Problem is there is no "share folder" option when I right click on the folder. Obviously I have done something wrong but not sure what. Emails are coming in from our main POP3 account. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi We were making a few security updates in our User Groups and wondered if the changes worked as we wanted to. There are several options were it is not so clear what restricting certain values did or did not do, and so we end up running tests using our users accounts. And so I remembered FACEBOOK´s amazing option to "View As..." specific users see your profile. Something like that would be awsome in Zoho CRM. Contacts with multiple account owners
Hello, We have some contacts in our Zoho database that more than two contact owners should have access to. We don't want all our users to be able to edit all of our information in Zoho, which is why we set their user accounts to standard, however for contacts specifically, we'd like to allow more than one user to be able to interact (assign activities, due dates, etc) with that contact, regardless if they are the contact owner or not. Currently, I copy that email campaign (that was sent) so I can reuse the template for the new mail. Is there a way to save that email that I sent before as a template? I don't see why one needs zoho expense, if there is a expense button in invoice. It's also strange that one user can not see the input of another user in expense, because this can produce massive confusions. Anyway everything is so far from reality here. Can't Add New User
I'm on the demo 15-day trial, but I thought I could add users during this period. If not, I guess this is an easy fix. I'm trying to add one user. After I fill in the info, it will let me hit Save, but then it just sits there with Save greyed out, but Cancel is still an option. Nothing shows up in my Users list. I'm the only one there. Can anyone tell me how to successfully add a user? Thanks.
