Tried everything i can but spam is still coming through. Can ZOHO check and find out why. I have to dump atleast 5 emails an hour. I have turned on all that zoho provides but does nothing. To many random emails to block domains. Please help?

hi there, i was recently registered my domain (akisyah.biz) and seems like i dont get the code to verify the account maybe i entered wrong phone number when registered. i have try to forget password but the phone number i entered was not registered. please help me revert back that registration so i can proceed with new registration. Deleted users and their documents
Dear Zoho Docs Team, I have already mentioned that problem before (theoretically) and now i got it practically. Just imagine: * we have tens of users * they uploaded and added to workspaces HUNDREDS of documents * some of users were fired * we deleted some of them from Zoho Business because we do not want to pay for users that do not exist * all documents that were uploaded by them and used by other users are GONE What should we do? I was looking at Zoho CRM API and there is a method called insertRecords. But I have no idea how should I use to really create a method. Even though there is an example there, I just cant seem to understand it. Should I create a script (with php or python) to handle it? How do I run their example code?? Can anybody help me?
editing XLSX files - disappearing borders
A new problem has appeared - when editing a spreadsheet with borders, they suddenly disappear. Steps to reproduce: 1) upload/edit a blank XLSX file (https://sheet.zoho.eu/sheet/remotedoc.im, ['content' => curl_file_create($pathToFile)]) 2) add any borders anywhere in the spreadsheet, save it 3) upload/edit the same file again 4) do something with the contents, save it Resulting file sent to saveurl will now have no borders, both in desktop office applications and when opening again in Zoho Docs.
Scrolling Isn't Working Properly
Every time I start a new page in Zoho Docs, the program decides to stay at the top of the page and bring me back to it if I try to scroll anywhere else. It does this until I get frustrated and have to reload it.

PROBLEM with Zoho - Sync in MAC OS
Good Morning, I would like to confirm with you if my Zoho Sync application has any problems or if this case would be an improvement. When I try to select only the folders I want to synchronize, in the preferences / folders menu, it allows me to just mark the folders from the root of the directory, not allowing to browse the folders belonging to the root folders. Pics attached!! I use MacOS, my colleagues who use Windows do not face this problem.

How to improve open rate?
Hello Zoho experts, We recently moved from Mailchimp to Zoho Campaigns and copied all the email lists. Now I just sent an email campaign which got an open rate of 16,7%. This is of itself not bad of course, but we had opening rates of 25% to 30% in Mailchimp before, with the exact same mail adresses. We have improved upon content and design, so I don't understand exactly why our open rate is so much lower. Do you have some insight or advice on how we can improve our open rates? My Zoho account (info@tutorvine.ph) cannot send messages to @up.edu.ph domains, but can send emails to all others (Gmail included). However, the Zoho account can receive emails from @up.edu.ph. Also, other accounts (Gmail/Yahoo) can send to and receive emails from @up.edu.ph. 5.5 days work week setup
We have a requirement of 5.5 days work week setup (Mon-Fri full day and Sat half day). In case if employee applies a full day leave on Saturday, it should reduce only half day from leave balance. However, I could not find half day option under Holiday Calendar>Calendar Settings.
