Hi, Is there a way within Zoho CRM where I can be notified that I haven't reached out to a contact for a while and the system notifies me of that? I want to stay in contact with people but I have so many contacts it is easy to lose touch. I'd love to have a way where I can tell the system to notify me (in certain intervals like monthly, quarterly, etc...) to reach out to certain people. I would appreciate any help. Thanks - Eric

Newly created Group does not see profiles on phone app

Unpaid Invoices warning on Sales Orders
The Unpaid Invoices warning when creating a new invoice if the customer has unpaid invoices is a nice touch. However, could it be added to the sales order? Otherwise we will ship the items and only know that they have unpaid invoices when they have received their goods and we create an invoice when it is a bit late!

We've been using the Zoho Support and CRM integration successfully (while it is some extra time for us to have to manually sync it a few times a day, its manageable), but it seems there may be something fairly large missing: The import of leads. Send data from Zoho CRM to Teamwork Project
Hello everyone, I created a function that is supposed to set up a milestone in Teamwork Project (from teamwork.com) but I can't make it work. I don't get any response code so I'm kinda stuck here, can anyone tell me what I've been doing wrong ? Here is the Teamwork doc, and the milestone reference. I noticed that Teamwork expect the POST request to be made with HTTPS, but the postURL doc from Zoho doesn't say anything about that, can it be an issue ? How to view overdue tasks in custom view?
I am creating a custom view for the Tasks module. I want my users to see all their tasks which are either due today or overdue (due yesterday or earlier). I can't see this as an option against the Due Date field and I can't edit the '${TODAY}' value. Can you help please?
Link an invoice with hours not billed
Hi - I usually sell my customers a number of hours of consultancy (bank of hours). So I bill them in advance let's say for 10hours and after I track my hours on zoho books. Cannot enable Track Changes in Zoho Projects Doc
From research, I figured that documents in Zoho Projects should have a 'Track Changes' option in the review menu. However I am unable to find this option in the review menu. See screenshot below. This applies to any new documents created in Zoho or uloaded to zoho from Ms word without track changes enabled. Will old Perma-Links still be valid if I change to the new UI
I read that the new UI, uses a different URL structure. However I have a number of users accessing published perma links to forms (without having to sign in) to enter data, will these old URL's still work if I opt to upgrade ? Are their any other migration considerations when moving to the new UI. I've been very happy with the old UI for many years, but maybe the time has come to update ! Thanks Neil
One Company, has multiple locations
New zoho user. Not sure if I overlooked the information, but I am trying to add a business as a lead that has multiple locations. Trying to avoid having multiple leads with the same business name. Also, I see that you can add contacts after you convert to an account, but can you add multiple contacts when it's only a lead. Can someone help?

PayPal Integration for Pulling Transactions
PayPal Integration for pulling transactions into accounts: Is there a way to pull the transactions from PayPal into ZoHo CRM or Books. We've only been able to set it up in the integration to invoice clients through PayPal. However, most of our billing, 100's a day, are recurring monthly fees through PayPal and we need those transactions to automatically go to Zoho. Please advise on how to accomplish this. Thanks.

Subforms IDs instead of data using REST API
Hello. I have defined a form with subforms, and an associated report. When I download the report in CSV format using the web interface, the subforms data appear ok. Fix Bugs, Implement Suggestions Instead of Adding More Modules
I have been using Zoho CRM now for 2 years. During that time, I have submitted bug reports as well as suggestions. While most of the bugs that impede operation do usually get fixed, the smaller bugs and suggestions usually don't. I understand, that every company has limited resources, but I wish that Zoho would take some of its resources it uses to create more and more modules and fix even the small (but annoying) bugs, and implement user suggestions. It shows the name of the product, price and image I'm also trying to show the company name of the product, but only get the ID number not the string value. Calculate the End date
Hello everyone! I have a Start date field and a Number of days field, I would like to get the End date by using the fields mentionated before. Also, I would like it to not count the weekends, e.g: Start date field: 15-september-2017 Number of days field: 4 End date field: 20-september-2017 ...and so on. Zoho Creator IOS app- filters on a report
This just recently stopped working. I've tried multiple tests. Basic problem: On my iphone APP of Zoho Creator, my filters on the reports aren't working. Via Web Browser, I create a custom filter within a report. It filters properly and is working great on desktop web browser. Over in the iphone app, I immediately see the new filter that I created is available, but when I choose (See attachment)... it doesn't filter. Looks like all same data. Thanks for your help! -Zach

How do I find who is application owner?
I'm working on an application and need to debug it. I think I can use Info statements to give me information at various points to help me find out where the problems are. However zoho tells me that only the application owner can see info statements. So my question is. 1) How do I find out who is or which group of users are deemed application owners, including myself, so that I can warn them in advance that they may get my debug notices.
