Outlook can't connect to IMAP server
Having repeated problems connecting to IMAP from Outlook 2010 today. Can't synch folders, or simply can't connect at all. It would be nice if Zoho would come clean to its user community as to when this ongoing, week in and week out service issue will be fixed. I know they had severe damage from flooding recently, but do not seem to have come back from that.

Hello, I have account owners who are restricted (in the modules permission) who can only see accounts that they own. They linked Zoho with Outlook. When they go to add in a contact and assign it to an account in Zoho, will Zoho know to link that contact with that account name, even if they don't spell the account name exactly word for word the way it is in Zoho? Also, if they have a contact in outlook that they are adding that happens to be for an account that they do not own, will Zoho at least

Hello, I have set-up 2 forms "Clients" & "Project codes". On the "Project codes" form I have the following fields: 1. Project_name << standard text field 2. My form Add_Charge started behaving oddly with a sequence of "if" and "else" conditions. The sequence is meant to pass a set dollar amount to the Fee_Earned field On Add>On Success and On Edit>On success. Workflow Rules and Read Only Fields
Hi All, I'm running a workflow rule to update a particular field on one of my modules. The field, ideally, would be read-only (user can read the value that the workflow rule sets the field to, but cannot change the value). Is the workflow rule able to set the value of that field even though the field is read-only, or do I have to make it editable? Any other way to accomplish a similar end goal? Is there a way to change a contact to be in the feeds module or in the lead or feed or accounts. Like an individual contact can I transition/import them through to different modules? If so how do I do that?

Hi, Is there any way we can customize/clean up the ticket view options in Zoho Desk? I have 15 different views available, but I'd like to turn off the ones I don't need and create/manage custom ticket views that I've created. Gantt for multiple projects with drill down.
It would be great if we could see a gantt chart for multiple projects to see if tasks/projects are competing for time, which weeks will be very heavy, etc. Also, if we could be able to drill down in the gantt, showing just the project, then task lists, then tasks... Thanks, Libby

Hi Guys, After I moved out from Godaddy to ZnetLive, the ZohoMail is not working for my domain "gnaan.org". It says MX records are not pointing to Zoho. Unable to send mail thru SMTP after a while (IMAP Mail on Mac)
Hi! I have an issue for a new client using your ZoHo mail. I have done all the steps, configure domain, enable IMAP etc etc. It seems the Apple Mail client work for some time, then when trying to send e-mails the smtp.zoho.eu server returns a 5.5.1 auth error. The account has all the correct information, no 2-way auth etc. It works fine to receive e-mails but outgoing e-mails are suddenly not working any more?
Not receiving group emails using POP
I created two email groups for both internal and external communication. When I send an email to any of these groups, I receive it successfully using the ZOHO Mail on my browser. But I don't receive any of these emails on Gmail, which I configured to receive all my messages through POP. Is there any workaround to fix this issue?

Can't use scrollbar in disabled rich text field
Our client is asking me to enable the scroll bar in a text field that is disabled. The field is disabled because the content of the field should not be edited by most users, but they all need the ability to view it. Is there any way to enable the scroll bar, but not have the field be editable?
