forwarding setting
I did an email forwarding setting and I do not know where. All emails are now being sent to ge*************@gmail.com. Any Email sent to foo@genesiswp.com.br is going to ge********@gmail.com. How can I fix this?

Cannot edit site
I can not edit a shared site, I already sent notification mail where they give me access to the site, but in the applications in zoho one does not appear my profile for zoho sites. I'm assuming my account has a bug, the same thing happened for zoho crm but support fix it. Sharing sites: 1seguros.mx, IONTEC.MX problem site: 1seguros.mx captures
delete users
I can only make users inactive, but I can't delete them. Is there any reason why you cant delete a user?

Incorrect invoice already declared to public treasury
Hi, I have a problem and I am not sure how to fix it. In the Q1 I have an invoice 00006 sended and not payed by my client, because this invoice is incorrect due to exists another invoice in Q2 related with the works and this has been payed. furthermore the invoice 00006 has been already declared to public treasury, so I need to make rectifying invoce in Q3 with negative value of 00006 because I need to recover the payed taxes. So, I know exists Credit Notes with this objective but I am not sure

IMAP Thunderbird only only @zoho.com is downloaded
Hi, In this 1 Zoho Mail I have 7 different email accounts connected and all have emails. I want to use Thunderbird to sync all my email accounts I have been backup on Zoho Mail. But using IMAP I can only enter Zoho credentials, but only mails on XXX@zoho.com have been synced. Can someone help me to sync all other email accounts in Zoho Mail? Best regards. Martin
XML RPC API - Keeping Auth Token private in a public form?
We have a public form that we wish to add records into a creator application (inlcuding is't subform). We are able to successfully submit our form data into Creator using the XML RPC API, with the data structure as per the support doc examples - https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/api/xml-rpc-api/xml-rpc-api-add-records.html#Sample_Request My question is how do you keep the Auth Token private? Anyone who inspects the source code of the form will be able to view the auth token and username. Many thanks

When I receive order from my EBay customer, I generate an Invoice and mark it as PAID (by clicking on "Record Payment" because he has already made the payment to Ebay...) Hi I have followed all the discussions regarding the Sync of contacts from Zoho Crm to Zoho Campaigns. I have edited the fetch, selected all data and initiated it. However once the sync is complete I am still missing the newly updated contacts on Zoho Campaigns. How do I fix this? Thanks

The other domains are merely forwarded (for both web and e-mail) by our domain name registrar (hexonet.net) so that everything redirects to our main, primary domain. User mail for our other domains is forwarded, user@my.example.biz -> user@my-zoho-domain.example.net for instance. Hello Is there any way I can recover deleted emails from a specific sender? HP Instant Ink have deleted my account and I need my bills for accounting purposes. They say they can't recover my account and to look for the emails they sent with the bills. I must have deleted them - I need the bills from May 2016. Is there any way to get them? Calendar Not Syncing with Outlook Calendar
My Zoho calendar is not syncing properly with my outlook Calendar. The time that appears in Outlook is "Coordinated Universal Time. The Calendar will show up in the right time slot sometimes but sometimes it will throw it off by a day so events are showing up on the wrong date. In addition when my invited guest accepts an appointment my event is not updated as such. I have checked the timezone settings on my Calendar and it is correct. POP and IMAP don't work
Hello, we have addressed authentication issue with POP and IMAP with all of our email addresses in our company. I tried to disable MFA, I tried to use different clients (Mail app from Apple, Microsoft Outlook), but without any success. This problem appeared 2 days ago and until then we are able to login sometimes, but only for a few minutes, then the problem appears again.
