Access to Lead Custom View with API or Extension
Hello, everyone My goal is to sync leads between Zoho.CRM and external business tool. But, i need to sync them via Custom Lead Views. For example: customer creates a custom view with an expression "First Name" is "John" and we have 10 leads in this view, customer click "custom button" "sync this view", after that we sync these 10 leads via API request etc. But in the future i need auto-resync this view (if some leads are added or removed to it). Account Inactive -- URGENT
Our account has been deactivated and we've tried reaching out to customer service via email and phone calls. We even contacted our account manager Matt Lackey. He said they are working on it, customer service put us on hold for 15 min on the phone and said they'd have to call us back. Nobody answers the support emails. When targeting contacts for a mass email, I'd like to be able to select contacts for a mass email but using criteria that is at the account level, such as Industry or Territory for example. Can this be done without replicating those fields down to the contact level?
PhoneBridge RingCentral - call start time
Hi, We just got PhoneBridge set up last thursday and I have a problem - my call start times are all an hour off. The phone rang a minute ago which was just before 5pm Eastern. RingCentral's call log is showing 4:57pm and zoho is showing 3:57pm. I've double checked everywhere I know to check time zones and they are all set to Eastern. Why is it saving them with a different time?

Handling of inbound messages where DKIM failed.
I've been missing emails from one of the services that I utilize for the last 5 months. They don't show up in spam, or anywhere else in my mail box. I turns out that something they did broke their DKIM outbound signatures, which I verified by having them send to another mail server. I already let them know that their DKIM is broken, but is there any way to set it so that this particular domain can bypass the DKIM check if it passes SPF?

Hi, I've already gotten my domain verified and checked my MX records and they are pointing to my domain. I can send emails but I am having difficulty receiving emails. I have two tables on a docs writer page. One table is in percent and the other in inches. I want to be consistent in the unit of measure. I cannot find a way to convert one table unit to the unit of the other table. Am I missing something here?

Hi This is my first day trying to learn Zoho, I've got a good database going for our volunteer group for Search and Rescue but I'm beating my head against a wall with the Workflow Scripts. I can get Zoho to send a message on "update" with a single message such as "Test" but I want it to show the updated records in the email. I did the tutorial and I though i was suppose to use the 'info" expression but it always tells me I'm missing a ; or the expression is incomplete. Can anyone just give a pointer
DKIM Validation on Digital Ocean
Hello =) ... I am setting up the e-mails with my zoho account... I have copy and pasted my DKIM authentication keys with my DNS manager (Digital Ocean), I aquired my domain with GoDaddy. Just copy pasted the generated key on the zoho mail manager. I think the keys are well configurated but I am still seeing the error messages from DKIM configuration. I don't know hat I am doing wrong, I think it has something to do with Some digital Ocean restriction maybe. Or maybe a Rails restriction, I am using

Which Extension to link with forms
Which would be the best zoho extension to use for the following: We currently use forms to Input data, the data is moved along a workflow within the form as we use a 'status' field. Once we change the status of a record it is then easy to filter and create a basic report, however it means creating multiple reports in some instances as the reports function doesn't allow me to set multiple filters easily. I would like to easily be able to generate full overview reports. Any advice/coaching greatly
New Gmail plugin
The New plugin looks very good, but there is one challenge, when I open an email that I sent to a customer, I would like to view their information and not my own. I would suggest that if the email is from my self (email address can be listed) instead use the FIRST receiver in the email... I also noticed then I use threads, that the plugin did not refresh, when I marked different emails in the treads, and it was hard to get the right contact. Mostly it shows my own contact details.

I signed up for zoho today, however it made me use my hotmail email address so now instead of using my first and last name when sending emails its using the nickname associated with the hotmail address. Display Images automatically
I have no objections with Zoho mail features so far. But would love if there's a setting to change image preferences. It would be nice if the images in an email are displayed automatically rather than asking each time and clicking it to display images. Maybe I am doing this wrong as I am new to doing this but this is what I am trying to accomplish. I want to create a Work Order (I have created it it Creator. Should I add it as a module in CRM?) Adding multiple records - Zoho Creator
Hi, I want to give option to my user to add multiple records and the same to be printed which I am trying to achieve using Record Summary. I tried to add Sub-form and give option for user to add multiple records. When I tried to print it using record summary, it is merging the fields into one sub-form and print it than showing one block after another. Attached the sample fyr.
