We have been emailing a supplier and for two emails out of the last four sent have had this error message sent back. Can any tell me what it is, and why it's appeared? Especially on 2 not 4 of the emails (3 were sent within a few minutes of each other). Thanks

Hi, I'm a seriously pissed off Microsoft outlook/hotmail user. They, the Microsoft folks, have once again blocked my e-mail account for the single reason that I dared to travel and log-in from another location. I've just signed up to Zoho and so far I like what I see and I'm seriously considering to bring my business here. Now, the obvious question, does Zoho do the same location based blocking for e-mail log-in?
Re-Claim My Old Company Name!
Hello, I signed up using a personal email address and my real business name just testing out Zoho, and then decided I wanted to use this service and switch to my proper email address. As I couldn't change the business name, I deleted my account and then made a new one. Now I find that the business name is in use. Is there a way that I can verify my business name, and reclaim it to use with my new account? Thanks! :)

Response Time Wrong, way off.
Hi, I submitted a ticket earlier about this issue but haven't heard back, maybe other people are experiencing this as well? Basically all my "First Response" or "Response Time" metrics are completely broken, I'm getting 49hrs for first response average. And the reason I know its broken, is the response time on individual tickets doesn't record properly (at least in the way it displays that information in the ticket). I have my Zoho mail set up in my Gmail app on my Android phone - but the last email I received was on the 1st August... emails seem to have just stopped coming in. I can still send via the app, so not sure what's going on... Any thoughts? Thanks

IMAP not connecting to Hubspot CRM
I am trying to connect my IMAP and SMTP too Hubspot crm in order to able to receive my emails in Hubspot. I have already reached out to Hubspot support and we have exhausted all options on their end. The proper port is included and so is the ingoing and outgoing connections are set. I dont have 2 factor authentication on yet and attached is the error I am receiving. Currently I am unable to reach out to clients until I have the crm connected so this is quite urgent. Thank you.

Restricted department acces
Hello, Currently we have 15 agents in our Zoho Desk. All employees have different roles and profiles, so not every employee is allowed to view every department. We have restricted the agent profiles to the allowed departments, which works fine. The only problem is, when an agent creates a ticket, it is still able to select every department, also the departments they're not allowed to view. Hi there, I'm in a bit of a predicament and need help. I'm in the process of migrating from Google Apps, and I only have a single user registered under email account info(at)mightydevelopment.co.za. I created a new Zoho account for a startup company I recently joined, and I used the "Login with Google" prompt which used the email ID info(at)mightydevelopment.co.za. I then created a user with email ID renier(at)mightydevelopment.co.za and I also added the domain that I own mightydevelopment.co.za.

Hi, We are currently running a free trial with Zoho to see if it is suitable for us and it looks like it has froze/isn't working. Whenever I try and load up the help desk, I get the Pendulum loading icon and it doesn't move away from that. creating a new deal during lead conversion circumvents layout rules
When choosing to "create a new deal for this account" during lead conversion, it is circumventing my layout rules and displaying all the hidden fields (many of which are required). This is problematic as certain fields are not applicable to those deals. Can we get a fix asap please?

Is it possible to attach a video (instead of an article) on a post for the Help Center? I've looked at previous posts and apparently there should be the option to add a video up to 5 MB, however, I am having problems adding a video (only 22 KB). Is there a better way to add the video?
Zoho Creator API and Signature Field
I have a form in a Zoho Creator app that has a Signature field in it, where the user can sign their name with the mouse or finger on the screen. The image gets stored in creator as a PNG file. I would like to have a VB .NET application be able to automatically download those PNG files locally to our onsite file storage. I can make an API call to get the correct https path to the signature files, but to "browse" to those files requires authentication with Creator. Is there any way to pass parameters

Hello... right now I am using books to manage all my invoices etc. Unfortunately it is not possible to create an own invoice number with books- but it is with invoice! If I would swop from books to invoice I would loose all kind of estimates and invoices, right? Is there any possibility to keep them? hanks in advance! Jochen

Problem with Contact Export
I'm currently trying to export a contact list from Zoho campaigns, and although some of our contacts have country information on Zoho CRM, when we export their first name, last names and country, we are unable to see the country information. Dear Zoho , My email address are sales@all4babycare.com and info@all4babycare.com and were working perfectly until 07/08/2017 to my surprise since i am unable to login to my account. Move questions and survey pages to other surveys from within my Zoho survey account
Hi there, An idea I already sent to support. As I cannot update a Live survey with new questions or new pages without interrupting survey participants, it would be highly beneficial if I could update the survey as a copy within my account and then move any new questions or new pages over to the existing survey. This way all the surveys responses will continue to be viewable upon the one survey report. This would make any changes or updates really seamless to deploy, otherwise I have to keep closing
