GST Treatment based on state
While creating a contact, do we need to specify both gst_no(gstin) as well as the state of the contact? Or ZOHO is smart enough to figure out the state of contact based on the gstin and do the correct treatment.

Creating a formula from excel land rounding it to a percentage

Above is the Excel format. I want to round to .01,.02,.03,.035, or .04 The "H6" would be Employee_Deferral_Percentage. The "F6" would be the Employee_Salary.

How to add a new Email account related to my domain
Ok, I have a domain and using the email from Zoho with admin@mysite.com Now, I wish to have another email account with support@mysite.com. I go to Cpanel>Add users and send an Invite. As I want to create a new account with support@mysite.com, how can an Invite be accepted? If I try to login via mail.zoho.com with support one, it says we have sent you an email please activate using that link. How am I supposed to activate this?

Email Notification Questions
Hello, Is there a way to have automated emails show as coming from [support@ourdomain.com] rather than [support@ourcompany.zohodesk.com]? The From Address is fine, but we'd like our automated emails to reflect the same address. Also is there a way to shorten the time that notification emails are sent? In testing the response time we've noticed that we're not getting the notification emails that customers would receive (open and closed ticket emails) until 30 minutes after the ticket has been actioned
Archiving Records
Hi I have a preschool app that includes a Child Registration Form and Attendance Register. The Register includes a look up field of the children's names to be selected from. I want to hide the names of the children who have left the service from this look up field (whilst keeping the original records). I added a radio button with 2016/17 and 2017/18 options so it is possible to filter the records but this doesn't hide the names in the look up field. How can I only include current pupils in the look

Cannot use macro to update multiselect field!? Really!?
Are macros unable to update multiselect fields? I am trying to configure new macros for my leads and contacts that will update a custom multiselect field I have created. The field does not appear on the list of fields available to configure. Am I missing something or are macros not able to update these fields? Thanks Michael
New Zoho look not as nice as old
With the old version of zoho the fields were a distinct different color to stand out. Now the screen is all white. Is there a way to customize the fields to have a color?

Hi, I have a subform (named Samples) in order to add multiple rows with Total_Weight and Number_of_Samples. I would like to calculate the Standard Deviation of the samples and display it in the form (the parent one) I worked an script that use On user Input of Total_Weight and Number_of_Samples. List of fixes and improvements to CRM
Last summer Zoho launched a major upgrade to it's CRM, and since that time I get an occasional refresh notice. These notify me that fixes and improvement have come into effect, BUT Zoho does not provide information on the details of what they are. I do not have time to search through the CRM to identify these changes, as Zoho suggests. To me, this makes no sense! What is the behaviour of CRM API: insertRecord method with duplicateCheck=2
Using the CRM API, I can add a record with method "insertRecord" passing a parameter "duplicateCheck=2" and ZOHO will either insert the record (if one with the same email address doesn't already exist), or update a record (if one with the same email address is found). Questions in case a record is found and will be updated: 1 - Does ZOHO keep track/record/history of previous values for those fields updated? 2 - Does ZOHO flag anywhere in the system that the record has been updated through the API?
Cannot Share Documents/Folders/Files
Hello, We cannot share either a folder, a document, or a file. We tried creating a new account and still cannot share anything. The recipient received several emails that state that the folders are shared with her, alas nothing appears on "Shared with me". For a multi-select lookup field is there a method to SelectAll or DeselectAll from a function? These statements are available in the code sections of the form. For example I have a lookup field that shows all available skills. On the form I can use Skills_List_lookup.selectall() to check all of the boxes. But this statement is not allowed in a function.

Storage fee not low. False fee
I deleted lots of mails from the account and I did not get more space. The space is frozen at 97% and although I have deleted thousands of emails its not going down... I really need help with this, i contacted zoho to buy individual plan and upgrade and they told me it wasnt possible that i need to buy it for 5 accounts, but i just need it for mine i dont understand this... i can pay anual but need my mail expanded its really anoying im getting problems with my clients. Hello, I'm receiving the following error when I try to send an email using SMTP on my production web server, that holds my wordpress site the error is 554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked At this moment, there is no DKIM configuration on the server, Is this error related to this? Notifications not being sent
Until today notifications have worked right away. If i enter a ticket into the system it works great notifies me and everything is good. however, our calling service Answerforce when they enter a ticket it no longer notifies me. could you help with this problem? The last ticket in question is #1615 but it seems to be with all tickets put in from Answerforce. Thanks, Jay Black
