I'm pretty new at this, and I can't figure out why I keep getting the "improper statement" error. I've taken out the specific field names and text, but i've left the structure completely in tact. Prepolulated hidden fields do not store the data
Hi, I am trying to create a form that would have a hidden field populated automatically by the url I send to people that should fill the form. So, assuming my form is located in address http://myform I would like to send an address lilke http.//myform?hiddenfield=1234 As long as I have the hiddenfield visible, everything works smoothly. but once I try to hide the field, the value is no more stored by the form. Email from my Zoho address goes to spam in Outlook email addresses
Hello, I've set up Zoho for use as a mail server. I've linked Zoho and the web host following all instructions. If I send an email to a Google email address, the email goes into the inbox, yet if I send the email to an Outlook email, the email is placed and classed as spam. Can anyone help, or has anyone got the same issue? In http://www.mail-tester.com it gives me 10/10. Any help is greatly appreciated as this is a time sensitive issue for us. Regards.
On Load set variable of User lookup field
Hi - I have a task form that includes a "Users" look-up field set to display the all user's Email Id. I'd like to set this variable to the logged in user but still allow the option to select another user manually if need be. Under workflow I have added the following code under On Load: input.User = zoho.loginuserid; However, it is not selecting the logged in user or anything else....any ideas? Is it perhaps because email addresses are being used instead of username? Thanks.

When using the get_records method this afternoon, I regularly get a 400 error either at fromIndex 1201 toIndex 1400 or fromIndex 14001 toIndex 14200. Can you shed some light on to what may be causing this issue? It's preventing me from accessing my data. If I make the request in my browser there is no error. Is there a way to view my spam folder on IMAP?
Hi there, I noticed that there is no spam folder when accessing my account anywhere but the website. It doesn't show up on my mobile phone (CloudMagic for Android) or on my laptop (Apple Mail). This is problematic for me since I expect a lot of important emails to end up on the spam folder and I usually use my phone to send/receive emails. Is there no way around this?

Payment Terms Custom Field for Syncing With Zoho Books
Hi all, I'm creating a Custom Field in CRM to map to the Payment Terms field of Zoho Books. In addition to the "Due on Receipt" terms, Zoho has recently added some clever "Due end of the month" and "Due end of next month" options in Books, so which data data type should I create the field in CRM with, to be able to sync the data correctly. Would a pick-list with exact copies of the text be sufficient? By default I'd like the terms to be "Due on Receipt". Thanks, James

I have two domains. One old domain - YDTChatter.com - and I am forwarding traffic from this domain to the new domain - TechLeadsNow.com. This works fine. Creator mystery
Strange problem. We have a creator form with a basic lookup to zohocrm. It looks up a product and then displays the name in the creator form. Lately when we do this it shows the product look up but then shows the product code in the field. I am at a loss to figure thsi out. It has worked lovely for a couple of years. Add string values to a lead layout
I'm working on a layout for call center agents that needs to have text prompts for the agent so use during the call. This will use lead data so the module and layout are easy enough however I'm not seeing the field type I need. I need to insert text labels, that is fields that are only for displaying text that don't take any input and use record data from the existing record. For example, a text label that says "Hello ${Leads.FirstName Leads.LastName}..." This seems like a simple enough process

I often email SOs, POs, Invoices, etc to myself. This used to work fine, I'd immediately get the message from Zoho Books. For the last several months or so the emails do not get delivered to me in a timely fashion. Once in a while one will go through immediately, but more often than not I will get a large pile of undelivered mail all at once a week or more after having sent them. Error saving custom field on Account Record
I have a custom field on an Account record. For one record in particular, when I try to save the record, I get the browser javascript "error:null" pop=up message (see attachment). I can edit other fields on the records AND I can edit this customer field on other Account records. Just have an issue with this certain field on this one record.

One of our users noticed that he can add and change his picture on the Web interface but it doesn't get updated on the iPhone App. Everything else, notes, contacts etc etc are immediate but there seems to be an issue with getting profile changes to migrate to the phone.
