Seeing if a report is not in a folder
Is there a way to see a list of reports and which, if any, corresponding folder they are in? I am trying to isolate reports I haven't assigned a folder to, and it is tedious to check each one individually. Thanks
Please add the ability to add "Alt Names" to all logos and banners
Hello, I'm trying to optimize my blog and unfortunately, I've been having trouble optimizing two things. I want to add an Alt Name to my logo and my banner. There should be no reason I can't do this as these are the two most important images on my website. Most search engines penalize you if you don't don't have an alt name for your images. I have tried to do it manually, but these two are so ingrained in your system that adding the logo and banner manually simply causes too many errors. Finally

Recurring Tasks
I looked up how to set recurring tasks and the help section indicates that there is a Recurring Activity checkbox. However, I don't see such a checkbox. Is this still a feature of Zoho CRM, and if so, why do you think it is not showing up in my dialog box? See screenshot. DNS reset
Hi, I have had a Zoho mail account working well for the past 5 months. Then my Bluehost account expired as I have changed credit card so now I have the reset all DNS settings. The MX and SPT settings are correct in bluehost but Zoho mail still give me warnings saying they are not okey. When I check on https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx# it all looks good. I think the problem is that I need to very the account again as I did the first time, even though control panel states that it is already verified.
Creating more screen space in Activities

Activity Report showing deleted tasks
I just created a report to show Activities of my Accounts, but discovered that previously deleted Activities are showing up in the report. In fact, when I click on them in the report, I get the following error: This action cannot be performed. The record you are trying to access has been deleted. To restore access, remove the record from the Recycle Bin. How can I exclude such deleted items from a report? Shouldn't they be excluded by default? Also, how can I filter a report to exclude Closed Activities

Greetings I would like to create a function within CRM that allows my contacts to update the details I have entered. i.e. to verify and correct those details. OpenURL in a function not maintaining navigation framing
We have a record review form opening in a popup for a user to complete a task allocation, which is defined in a custom workflow form. On submit it redirects from the popup to the edit form for the associated record, but in doing so "removes" all of the navigation and tab header controls in the process, presumably due to the "New Window" parameter in the openURL statement in the function, causing just the report URL to load at the top of the Window DOM in edit mode. Hi All, I struggled to find a solution that would calculate an employment duration based on a user selected date and Publish the result to a field as follows : 2 Years 4 Months 5 Days as an example. Heads Up; CRM 2016 is great and will get better Regarding email; I have CRM Pro and was having pre CRM 2016 duplication problems when I used POP3 for my emails. Despite support, no solution was identified. 2016 Pro allows IMAP use, since it is now out of beta. I also hear that the CRM developers are actively working on a CRM tab for IMAP email for the Pro version. Hi, When I try to create a payment page I get the error "Items can be associated only with income accounts." I've search around and can't work out what this means. Also, I am a Zoho One subscriber. Extracting usefull data from South African ID number
I want my client to be able to input their RSA ID number (it's a bit like the American social security number) into a field, and have the information in the number used to autocomplete other fields in the same form. South African ID numbers contain info on: Date of Birth (and therefore age) as well as gender. Hello all, I've set up Zoho for use as a mail server for my dad's business. I've linked Zoho and the web host following all instructions. If I send an email to a Google email address, the email goes into the inbox, yet if I send the email to an Outlook email, the email is placed and classed as spam. Uploading photo from Zoho Docs
I am receiving an error message, "Sorry, the selected files are not attached as the total file size exceeds 5MB" when I try to upload an image from zoho docs to zoho as an attachment. I have used the same process for at least 2 years to track expenses. I'm not sure what has recently changed. Any suggestions?
