Add an addon to a subscription with auto_collect set to false
Hi, I would like to add an addon to an existing subscription (https://www.zoho.com/subscriptions/api/v1/#Subscriptions_Update_a_subscription). I have set auto_collect to false but the API answers {"code":8006,"message":"La carte n’est pas spécifiée. Veuillez ajouter une carte à cet abonnement pour continuer."} Is there an issue in the API ? Using ToNumber in Formula Field
Trying to use Operators with a string converted to number using 'ToNumber' returns an empty string in the lead layout. ToNumber returns the number correctly but does not support any numeric operators. Is the understanding correct. ?

Change the Owner of the portal
The issue is that the previous owner of the portal aka the Director of the company left the company and we want to change the ownership of the portal to the new Director but we can't do it because we don't have the password of the previous director to enter to his account. Hi. Looking to create a purchase order form from Zoho other than PDF (like XML). Is this possible, and how might it be done? Closing a PO with receives
I have POs that have Receives (in Inventory module) against them. I want to close them. Zoho won't let me close them if they have receives against them. I also can't edit them to change the number of items delivered (so they show completed) because Zoho says there are receives against them. How can I close out these POs? -Tom

Zoho Creator header in printouts
Hi, I configured the print option. Whenever I print the document, it is printing with Zoho Creator - invoice creator header and the https link as footer. How to remove that. I just want the invoice I created to be printed as company invoice. Regards Janaki
email preview showing a random tagline (in preview only, not in actual email)
In the email preview on Gmail and Zoho there is an old tagline. It was never included in Signature. I think it was used in a previous LeadPages or ConvertKit email sequence. Has anyone heard of this happening before? How do I remove it? When I open the email it is not in the actual email. Its only the preview.

I am moving an short email newsletter from Zoho Campaign into Zoho CRM as an email template, but I've exceeded the 100,000 character template limit. Is there some was to bypass this limit, or get the html code out of Campaign more effectively? The actual email is very short and it's hard to believe that I'm over the charter size limit.

I think I'm looking to create subforms
Can I create subforms with Zoho? Or perhaps there's another way to accomplish what I'm after. Basically I want to enter demographic information about clients, customers, etc. which could include multiple phone numbers, multiple email addresses, repeat purchases, etc. all on one form. Calendar from date field is not displayed completely on phone screen

When we do this, the process is: click new invoice and fill everything in save the invoice (which makes it into a Draft) click the invoice number click email to send it Is there any way to send it as soon as we save it? Tasks: filter by "open"
I had my tasks on filter by open but when there's no open tasks in a task list, that task list is gone. Is there any way to change that so I can see all task lists even when there are none open? Also, I removed the open status so I could see everything but now I don't want to see the tasks that are closed. How do I set this back to see open tasks only?
not abe to activate print option in creator
Hi, I followed the instruction as shown in the zoho help to execute the print option. However when i go to the live mode, I not able to view the same. This is a very important step in my app. Please help. Below the steps I followed I opened the page - > settings -> Header Option -> Clicked on PDF option - > Done button - > Save Script - > Live Mode - page downloads but not the print button. Ability to Organize Templates in Regular Email - NOT CAMPAIGNS
I use Zoho for multiple businesses and am very happy with the service. Specifically, templates allow me to answer commonly asked email questions or send common correspondence very easily. However, it would be HUGE for me if templates could be organized by the user. For example, it would be great to be able to order them. It is not possible to even access this page due to a bug that originates from the `getPage` method in `cpanel.min.js`. Also, the design needs some serious work. Image not appearing in PDF
Hi, I've create a new document on Zoho Writer. The document has a number of images. On the first page of the document I've added a large image. It's like a cover photo. When i export my document to PDF this image disappears. I've tried uploading the image again from my desktop but it still does not appear. I've tried export to DOCX and it appears there although wrong placing. I really would like to get the PDF version working.
