Purchase Bill Sample
I am using Zoho Books since some days to check whether it is suitable for my business or not. I fill so far so good. I have once issue. Can I change Template while entering purchase bill in zoho books. As per current situation, it shows CGST & SGST at the bottom of that page as a sum of all item that I have purchased. Is there possible to change it as per below example? ITEM>Quantity>Unit>Purchase price>GST %>CGST amount>SGST amount/IGST amount>Final amount. Thank You.

Cannot edit some imported contact notes
I am impressed how Zoho was able to import gmail contact data via csv, but I am unable to edit some of them in random testing. For example account Bingo, I cannot select Edit and then without changing anything, select Save. I get an error Enter a valid Notes. There is a lengthy note in the Bingo contact, and some words are red underlined indicating spellcheck fail. I shortened the note and deleted the words with red underling to no avail. Still same error "Enter a valid Notes". The error goes away

Emails Disabled
lewpp@halaniinternational.com incoming and outgoing mail is disabled. When I try and enable them, I get the error message: Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. Could you please help me to enable them from your end. Thanks Durga Prasad

Error on Feed Page and Notification
Hi, I have a problem on Feed Page and Notification showed in the pictures below. When I left a comment, it just displays on Task page, it was not showed on Feed Page or notification to people that I tagged. Zoho Social Messages and Monitor error

Bringing ZOHO Creator Apps to a Single "Dashboard"
Hello, New to the ZOHO community and appreciate any help. What I am trying to figure out is if it is possible to bring the individual apps that I create in Creator into a single interface in ZOHO? I hesitate to call it a dashboard because that term carries with it the connotation of KPI's. I'm not referring to KPI's here. So far, I have created a CONTACTS, TASKS and NOTES app in Creator. Hello, We're based in the UK and joined Zoho last week using CRM and Projects but were led to zoho.com instead of zoho.eu. There was no prompt to choose location and the zoho.eu link on the top right side is virtually invisible if you use an ultra wide screen. Only later a pop-up suggested to try the .eu products and we found that the products are separate according to zones (is this correct?). What is a Standard Filter vs Advanced Filter?
On my Reports, there is a section above that allows for a filter called a "Standard Filter" - can I control which fields are shown in this filter? I can't tell why the fields that are shown are there, and I would like to adjust them so that I can filter a report on the fly without having to change the filter within the report settings itself. Creating Custom Action Button
Hi Zoho Community, I'm trying to create a custom action button called "View Record" that does nothing more complicated than open a view of the particular record - exactly what you see when you click "edit" to that record. I am trying to follow this tutorial but I'm having a hard time understanding what needs to be done different to "view attendance" instead of "add attendance." Shared Folders to maintain sub grouping
I find the ability to sub group folders in mail really useful however when the folders are shared the sub levels are not maintained, anyone receiving the shared folders has them displayed as a flat list of all the folders. for example I have: Bookings/Booking 1 Bookings/Booking 2 etc. with Bookings being a folder with each booking underneath as a subfolder... But when I share the folders the recipients see: Bookings Booking 1 Booking 2 I suggest developing the sharing ability so that folder hierarchies
Sent address from Workflow Alerts
Is there any way to set the FROM address in workflow alerts? At the moment they are sent from notifications=zohocrm.com@notifications.zohocrm.com on behalf of notifications@zohocrm.com but ideally i would like them to come from alerts@companydomain.com. Native Outlook Calendar please
I've been playing with the plugin for outlook and have to say, it's just insufficient. We were hoping for a calendar tool that works in real-time with outlook. Unfortunately the way the plugin works now is barely sufficient to know what people are up to 30 minutes after they schedule . General guidance on Ticketing web widget
Hi, I guess my requirement is quite different. I need the Zoho widget to be displayed on my website. If the end user click the widget, a pop-up window should open and users can fill the fields, the response will be converted as tickets. I have seen that there are feedback widget and an embedded web form available in zoho. I thought the feedback widget would help me but i can not add my custom fields in that feedback widget option. How to test/demo free version?
When I click on my agent name, the panel that slides out indicates I am on the "Professional Edition". I want to demo and test the free version. How can I downgrade to the free version to see what capabilities it offers and the limitations it may contain? Or do I need to wait 14 more days to see that? Thanks.
