Hi, We are trying to integrate our scheduling system with zoho leave module. Our employees request their leave on zoho, we want to post the leave details to the scheduling tool and to sync schedules. The problem is; the zoho api is giving us only the start &end dates, and total hours taken. This is becoming and issue if employees request more than two days. If the leave is more than two days we cannot see the daily details of the leave, and understand how many hours taken taken on each day. This

Hi, Since last monday (07/26/2017) I've been unable to send emails through my account. 2 MODULES UPDATE RECORDS - I really need help, please!

Hi, we want to setup an automated email that sends leads an email which contains a link that sends them to a landing page which has them schedule a date and time to speak to one of our consultants. I'm noticing that the automatic emails that are sent from WooCommerce appear to be showing up as from cloud86.hostgator.com instead of as from alijammusic.com ... and as a result, some of my customers are not getting their confirmation emails from orders from my website. The CalDAV interface seems to be out of order
Hello, For several months, I use "aCalDAV" on my Android smartphone, and it worked very well. But since 2 or 3 days, I get an error "invalid server answer, check URL". CRM needs to have a Modify Time feature on the Left pane under, Filter Patients By. There is an option to modify dates, that is ok, but we need to be able to modify time in that date, due to the amount of crms submitted during the course of the day. I would like to be specific on the modified time table, when the CRM was submitted after it was modified.
find all contacts missing Phone number attribute
Earlier this week, insertRecords left out the Phone attribute that was in the xmlData for some reason. It worked for the past year but stopped working this week but starting working again today: now we have hundreds of contacts that are missing the Phone attribute and need to fix them. Problem is, using searchRecords, there is no criteria that lets me search for contacts missing the Phone attribute. How do I retrieve all contacts missing a phone number?
How do I access individual elements of a multiline control?
I'd like to use a multiline (or a note) control to display an onscreen log of actions taken by a maintenance routine. Basically, I want the ability to programmatically push new values into the list, either at the top or the bottom with automatic scrolling. In other languages I'm used to accessing the content of such a control as a list or array, at which point I can use list functions like .add or .insert. How do I do this in Zoho? I can't find any relevant documentation as yet.

Hello, I want to update the date of birth of my contacts. For now, all my contacts have an empty date of birth. I want my contacts to update this information themselves. So I think go through the API but I do not know exactly how to do it. I think we need to create a form with a "date of birth" field. This form will be opened by the contact itself via a URL that it will receive by email. In the URL there must be a way to customize the form with a hidden field containing the contact's ID (for example).
Mails send to Gmail is not getting delivered
The mails that i have been sending to Gmail is not getting delivered. The mail shows delivered in Send items but its not getting delivered to Gmail. There are no errors but i am not getting any of the mails in my Gmail inbox that was send from zoho mail.

Using Email Opens and Clicks as Fields to trigger automations
I currently subscribe to a service called Reply.io. There are others like PersistIQ. They send a series of emails to a list or individual until they open and then they stop. I'd love to be able to set up the same types of automations in Zoho CRM by using the email clicks and opens as triggers in automations. Then I could duplicate what I already have and save some money. This would be great add-on value for new customers looking at a CRM and wanting to use an email SaS solution as I mentioned above.
Receiving and storing email attachments in Creator
I am receiving email (GMail) by way of a Zapier Zap. These emails come with attachments. Is it possible to store these attachments in a standard form when the record is created? I don't see a form control type that will allow for this. Thanks Derek
