Unable to attach photos on mobile embedded form
I have a mobile form embedded on a mobile website and in a mobile app and I am unable to attach photos. On Android when you click the "Choose File" button it does nothing. On iOS when you click the "Choose File" button it opens up the Camera/Gallery option but when you select one it just closes out of the form
Email Routing keeps Disabling
We are in the process of trying to migrate to Zoho from our old host. We have configured mail routing to route mail irrespective of whether the account exists in Zoho and it should pass through Zoho to our old host. We have found that for some reason the status for the advanced email routing has twice now changed to disabled on its own with no further information. Adding new domain to existing email
My company recently added a new domain. I've added the domain to zoho but I need to add the new domain email address to all my current users. I also need to make sure when my users reply to emails it uses the new domain and not our old one. How do I do this?

My company just purchased a new domain and I've got it setup to work through zoho, my question is how do I add email addresses from the new domain to the existing users accounts? I don't want to delete them and re-add them because they will lose all their mail. Any help would be appreciated.

Use CSS on embedded Forms/Views?
Hello, how can I override the Zoho CSS stylesheets on embedded forms and views? I need to update my UI and unfortunately the Zoho styling is a little outdated. I am tried to simply assign new CSS to specific Zoho classes in my html <head> but they aren't taking effect. I then did a "View Source" and copied the HTML/JS code into my own html page and was able to augment the CSS, but crucial Zoho functions stopped working. Please let me know what I can do here, really considering using a different tool

Hello All. In a perfect world CRM needs to access data in a spreadsheet either on xls or a zoho sheet. In my example I just want to use a zip code and another corresponding field and return a value to zoho CRM. I have a set of complex tables that has nothing to do with the data in the CRM which is why it is not there. While the information I need is a little more elaborate, this is the use case. I'm not sure of the best way to may a sheet return me a value based on some fields I have in the CRM

Field Data disappeared and we can't figure out why.
One of our users entered data in a field. It is a drop-down field with several options. On December 18th, the user updated the fields. The timeline only shows that she "Updated Some Fields". She ran a report with the data contained in these fields and downloaded it (proving that the data was in Zoho). Yesterday, the same Accounts were checked and the data in those fields had disappeared. Creating Invoice
I created an invoice in zoho books. I that amount is shown as "Balance Due". And terms as "Due on Receipt". We are a online seller. After processing the order only we are creating invoice. Hi there, Just upgraded to Zoho Pro and spent the last few days dealing with product entries and adjusting quote templates, etc. I need to add freight to my quotes, but the price will be different for each quote because the machinery I sell is located all over North America and my customers are all over the continent, too. I have created a "Freight" product, but there's no way to adjust the price in my quotes. This is causing a huge problem for me. Am I supposed to keep creating new "Freight" products

We are currently in a testing phase with Zoho CRM internally. Is there any way to add multiples of the same product to a deal?
