From Address
Hello Team, I am not getting an option to add my SMTP details in ‘From Address’ for 2nd Support email address. The first email address I configured was helpdesk@oceanmanager.com and this is working fine with my SMTP credentials. Now, I have added one more Support email address as helpdesk@mauditor.com and want to configure the SMTP details for the sam but not getting the option to configure. Please assist.
Only posssible to see 65 records in a report, from a total of 259 records.
I ‘m experiencing now a problem when scrolling down to view all records in a report: I can only see part of then. I have 259 records and can only see 65. Before there was no problem. How can we solve this issue? Thanks

Making an order app. Having some issues.
This is my first time with zoho so i am not very skilled at this. I am stuck and need help finishing my app. First let me explain what i am trying to make then I will explain where i am stuck. Tooltip persists and is super annoying
In the new Zoho Desk, when you reply to a ticket, I find that most of the time at some point when I am mousing around during my reply, or if I just bump my mouse, etc, and I mouse over the toolbar icons, I get the tooltip pop up, but depending on your exact mouse motions, you can end up with your mouse no longer anywhere near the toolbar, yet the last tooltip your mouse was over will stay popped up and it won't "timeout" or go away on it's own. Week date range in pivot table
Hello, I need to create a report that breakouts the data by week. I am using the pivot table report, and breaking out the date by week, however the date is displayed as 'Week 28 2017' format. Is there anyway to get the actual dates in there? ex. 10/7/2017-16/7/2017 Thanks

Dates & Date Filters In Zoho Reports
I see everything in zoho reports is based in GMT/UTC, I also see that you can convert dates into any timezone with with a simple formula. I also see that reports are filtered to the timezone of the user. So if dashboard filtering a report (not a user filter) to to only display "today's" records, is that also based off the timezone of the user, or the timezone of the server?
Filtering the first 7 positions of an Account Name
I developed a report in Zoho Reports that is supposed to show what Accounts have not had an Event, Task or Call in the past year. All looked good until I saw some anomalies that I was able to track down to the way accounts were entered. In our system, "official" Accounts start with a 6-digit number, followed by a space, then the account name. If the sales team happens upon a new customer, we allow them to add the name to capture any notes/information and instruct them to establish an official account.

Dividing leads
I am currently redesigning the Zoho CRM for the company I work in. I want to create two separate modules for two different types of leads, given that we have two different business lines. Unfortunately when I create a new module and simply put the name of the type of lead, many of the lead functionalities are missing. Is there a way for me to efficiently split leads into two modules, and be able to convert both from leads to accounts?

Hi everyone, is there a way to log outbound scheduled calls in the mobile app? I can log the inbound calls received by leads on my mobile, but can't find a way to do the same with outbound calls when calling from the "Calls" menu.

Pulling information from Accounts into Deals
Hi, We currently have it set up so that in our Deals we have an accounts name lookup. When this is filled out is it possible to pull information from the account look up to populate other boxes? Essentially in the Accounts we have a box for self bill, this is also shown on the Deals however currently has to be manually entered after adding the Accounts name. I want it so that when a user fills in an account name it auto populates the self bill box in Deals if the self bill box is ticked in Accounts.

Hello, I am trying to set up my Zoho email service with Jira. It works fine for most things, but when I send an invite to someone, I get this error: Caused by: com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 553 Relaying disallowed I put up a ticket on the Atlassian forums and the service there told me this was a Zoho related issue, and it seems that it is because it works fine with Gmail. I tried everything I can find to set the SPF and DKIM the way the instructions say. However at this point GoDaddy says that ZOHO is in charge of my DNS settings and they can not be changed on GoDaddy. I can not find any way to change any of these settings on ZOHO. My sent mail is going in users spam folder. Please Help
