New account - Double import of emails from gmail
Just got setup and everything seems to be working ok, spf not yet, but hopefully that will come right. Unfortunately all my migration emails out of a free gmail account have doubled up. I see that I had imap and pop enabled for import :( I've turned pop off, is it feasible to delete everything and will it import again? (correctly this time?) Thank you, Sean

Coupon validation at Customer/Partner level
Do you have any concept whereby we can validate coupon code for a particular set of customers or partners. E.g I have created Coupon50% off some selected plan, but I want to apply that only for selected customers and not all customers. How can i restrict that. Note : I do have partner code in customer master and i want to restrict coupon for customers of that particular partners, how can I do that.
Setting password
I accidentally set my primary email as a hosted email so I'm unable to set an admin password. Zoho Campaigns Account has become a Zoho CRM Plus trial account
Hi I've just noticed a warning message in Zoho Campaigns advising me that my subscriber count exceeds my plan limit. I have never seen this before as I have always run this account on a pay-as-you-go basis. On closer examination I see that it has now become a CRM Plus trial account that limits me to 2000 contacts. I've not had any notification that my account was being switched and I seem to have lost the large number of email credits I had on my account.

Hello Support I still have "in progress" a campaign set with the option "Send later in recipient's time zone" and sceduled for today (28 June) at 9.30 a.m.(Rome/Italy time). Here attached you can see a snapshot of the "unsent" recipients. Actually all they are Italians and they should have already received that newsletter. Hi Guys I am finding Zoho a pretty good CRM after testing numerous different ones. However, I am getting so frustraed with the email sycronisation. I have synced my zoho with Gmail so that emails appear. But this is not really working for me since if I delete the email from Gmail it also deletes from my CRM. I don't see the point in saving emails in both places. I would like my crm to help free space in my inbox but this is not working. How do other people manage their emails? Do you only use Zoho

Twilio Voice and SMS
I am attempting to integrate two way voice and two way sms into my ZoHo CRM system. Is Twilio the answer? I was hoping that Ring central would do the trick but they do only the voice side... Or at least when I have the voice side installed, the sms doesn't work. Maybe I could trigger SMS through webhooks... Would wish to avoid that extra horsing around if I can help it. So to reiterate, what is the best partner for seamless voice and sms integration into CRM? Any ideas? Thanks Dave Olson

Locked out of Admin Account - Account is Inactive?
Hello Zoho Team, I am locked out of my management@lagaviotatropical.com account. When I go to reset the password, it says "Account is inactive." The forwarding is still working for now, but I need to get back in to make sure the account doesn't close down. Can you reset the password and send it to me?

Mail in streams
I have 2 groups setup. 1 for my bills and another for voicemails from my home number. There are two people on each group. the bills was setup almost a year ago. the mail that is sent to it is in the streams. it works fine. I have setup the voicemail one a few weeks ago but the mail is being sent to it and going to the users BUT not staying in the streams. how can I fix this. I have compared both groups and their settings and they are exactly the same. Am I missing something?
