How to edit (change information in an existing record) after opening a linked view?
When looking at a record in summary view, I am given the option to "Edit Print Delete". However, after clicking on the linked view (Project: KPTC Buildings ABCD) - there are no options to Edit or do anything else. Is there a way to edit this linked view directly? Can you please add a button to "Edit Print Delete" directly after opening the linked view? (See screenshots below.)
Can a report be generated and displayed [no edit] without a base Form?

Unable to connect to messaging server.
Folks, I am seeing the error message of "Unable to connect to messaging server." when I am using Zoho mail in my web browser. (Safari/Mac OS X). Access to the same account from my phone seems to work normally. I've tried restarting my computer. The page itself will load normally, and I can refresh my page, and that will show new messages. In looking at the JavaScript debug window, it appears that it is calls to: https://wms.zoho.com/register Which are timing out after the page initially loads.

Is it possible to make macros not move you to the ticket history tab? It is incredibly frustrating to be working on a ticket, execute a macro, and then have to click back into your conversation to see the changes. I'm really hoping users are able to shut that off as it wastes a fair amount of time if you rely on macros. Also, I've noticed that my workflows don't trigger when I run a macro even though the relevant fields are being updated to match the workflows triggers. Why is this? Is there a way
Almost all Unattended computers gone!
Hello, I've been a paid user of Zoho Assist for a few years now and have had good success with it, until the past few days. I have around 30-40 computers setup for unattended access though I only occasionally access any of them. They are all in certain groups so I can keep track of things better. Earlier this week I noticed that in my Zoho Assist Desktop program that all computers disappeared and it says no computers added under the Remote Access section. Creating multiple portals for different brands
I want to set up two portals: one for brand A and the other for brand B. Each brand has its own support department. The default portal has been allocated to brand A and department A. Account is Inactive
As with a few others in this forum. My original account for my business email is supposedly inactive. Which I have been using the account for important business proposals up until it went inactive a few days ago. The other problem is that it is the admin account holder and I need it to recreate another info account for the company website. Is there any quick way to fix this? Remote sessions double type random letters
This is regardless of which computer I use to remote into and which one I remote control. A few months ago they all started randomly typing double letters. When I am typing something on the remote computer. I am using unattended host installs. (most of them were installed about a year ago or more) Example: (something like this) Clieent number one is doiing well. I have not updated the remote assist unattended host. Option to move tickets has changed into a 4 step action
Hello, As I remember it was possible to move a ticket to another department by clicking the ticket's logo and click on 'move to', this was a much used option for us. It seems like this option is not available anymore on any other way other then opening the ticket, clicking on the three dots in the above right corner, click on move to and select the department I want the ticket to be moved to. Is there any option to enable this feature back in the quick use?
Cannout update contact as it says it is a duplicate.
I had two contacts for the same user. One was entered directly into the ZOHO Campaign contacts and one was imported from my zoho crm. The zoho crm had a bad email address, I deleted the contact that was entered directly into ZOHO campaigns and then attempted to update the contact from my crm. It will not allow me to update it as it says it is a duplicate. how long will zoho campaigns think the deleted contact is still active?
OUTGOING DISABLE
A user under my domain criacao@iberika(dot)com(dot)br tried to send an email to our clients and his account got the " Outgoing enabled" option disabled. I, as the administrator, tried to enable outgoings but I got an error stating that I have to be a paid user to do so. How do I enable this user to send mails again? Tks Alexandre

How do I use a custom function (CRM) to automatically copy custom data from Account to Sales Order?
I'm trying to copy data from custom fields in an Account to a new Sales Order when a new Order is initiated (before Saved or Created). I've tried using a custom function but it appears that it will only run when the order is Saved (Created) or Edited. Zoho is obviously able to do this with fields that are fixed. Is there a way to do it with custom fields? Thanks in advance.

I seem to have managed to set up an option whereby every time I compose a new email there is the option to have the recipient reply to a different email to my ZoHo one, which I don't want. I need help with updating initial leave balances for staff
I need assistance with inputting initial leave balances for staff as we move from another leave management system into Zoho. Also, each staff member receives 20 annual leave days per year yet there are some staff members whose days have updated to 20 initial days available and some whose reflect zero (or other numbers). I've attached example to show what I mean. Please assist

I can see in the help manuals that if you are a monthly subscriber as we are, that you can add more than 1 Twitter integration to your account. 1. Can I add multiple accounts for Facebook, Twitter etc? You can add an account each for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn as a free user. Three Columns Image Alignment Issues?
I'm trying to create an email campaign which features three columns of images with a button underneath. Despite advertising the three column layout with the ratio of 33:33:33:, for some reason the layout automatically changes to 34:33:33 which screws up the alignment of the button underneath. I've tried everything such as changing image size, but it all seems to be down to the fact that you can't change the ratio of sizes. Can I do anything to fix this?
