MX trouble
Hello, I just created an account about 12 hours ago with Zoho. Currently, I am receiving the following error message: The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho. I cannot send/receive email from the email accounts within Zoho, but I can receive/send mail to third party accounts. I followed the directions thoroughly and went through everything correctly. Any suggestions? my domain is www.stagpads.com Thanks.

Data Migration from Salesforce to Zoho - Issue with Tasks
I am trying to move from Salesforce to Zoho. I was able to import Contacts from CSV file. Then when I imported Cases from the CSV file I was able to associate them properly to their prospective Contacts by specifying the Contact First Name + Last Name as the Case's "Related To:" field. I was able to import Leads from the CSV file. Then when I used Setup > Data Administration Tools > Migrate data from other CRM > Tasks, I specified the Lead First Name + Last Name as the Task's "Related To:" field

Hi there, I have this custom field named 'Job Type' which has 2 options: Edicion, Proyecto. What I need is if you choose 'Edicion' then another field appears to be filled: 'Number of slides' field, but if you choose 'Proyecto', 'Number of slides' doesn't appear. $0 transaction can't be categorized
Sorry if this has been answered before. I have tried the forums and the help articles but I can’t figure out what to search for to find it. Someone made an ACH deposit to my account of $0 to verify my checking account and it has come through in my bank feed. But I can’t categorize it. Zoho Books doesn’t seem to allow me to create an entry that has no value. Depending on the transaction category I choose I either get an error that I need to enter all required fields or I need to enter a valid amount.

Dear, I have empty some folters on web mail, but the outlook backups also was deleted? I would like to recover all deleted email from today June 30 2017 . Spacing in New Mail
Ever since the recent appearance upgrades (icon colours, etc) when I want to compose a new mail the cursor always starts about 3 lines down from the top of the compose pane and can't be moved back up with either the delete or backspace key. Solution? Thank you.

Had a customer sign up a month ago with the name "Robert" and I just had another Robert sign up yesterday. Only to come and find out that both contacts/accounts were merged even though there is no relevance in their accounts. I ended up separating them manually and surprise, there it was again this morning.. What's going on lately?

Notebook crashes without notice shortly after dragging the folder of the exported HTML files from Evernote. Very bad. Here is the error log. Maybe this helps to bring this program a step further. DKIM still not working
Hi, I contacted support by e-mail twice on June 29th and 30th for a DKIM verification trouble, and i still got no answer. We tested our DKIM value with mxtoolbox and it seems to work fine, but impossible to verify DKIM in Zoho Campaigns settings. Thank you for your fast reply !

SMTP errors when trying to send e-mail from a script
I want to configure automated scripts on my Linux machine to e-mail me status updates when they finish and am using mailx (although I can use pretty much any mail program that Zoho would prefer that I use). I use two factor authentication for my account, and have set up an application specific password for this use. URGENT : Problem to receive email

Is it possible to use the Column sum value in script
Hi, I wonder if it is possible to use the sum value of a view's column to say fire off an email when this value exceeds a certain number. I can't see how this can be done at the moment because the variable doesn't seemed to be defined anywhere. If this is indeed not possible at the moment, is my only option to add a forumla to the form which will calculate the running total of the value of the the formula field in each form? Is this method documented in the Help wiki or the forum - can't find anything!

Hello Im in search for an accounting program for a small business that I already have up and running. In the long run I need software that automates as much of my process as possible. Ideally... I would like Online Website with a shopping cart app that is compatible with my accounting software that will list and track inventory in real time. The original plan was to go with quickbooks and woocommerce and do it that way but before I pulled the trigger I thought id look around at other options.
