Reports missing data
I have created some customer reports and some of them are missing data. I have checked the fields in the main view and they appear identical, to some that are showing in the report, can you help?
Email address can't be found error
When people email me or reply to an email I send they are getting a message bouncing back to them stating that my email address does not exist or cannot be found and is not a valid email address get I am receiving the email it is causing me a great deal of trouble and destroying credibility in business correspondence I need this fixed ASAP
Edit and replace an uploaded PDF?
In an application, documents are uploaded for management review and signature. Is there some expeditious way in which we can avoid downloading from the link, editing and then uploading the new document? All ideas appreciated.
Account ZOHO-Campaigns to company-account
Dear all, Just one more question! I do have an account in ZOHO CRM and one in ZOHO-Campaigns. However my account in ZOHO-Campaigns hasen't been linked to our company, Emsys. This is why I need to work with the account form my colleague Guy Theunis in Zoho-Campaigns - UserID: 38107367 and when I want to work in ZOHO-CRM it autmatically changes to Guy instead of my own account. Would it be possible to link my account to the Emsys account please in ZOHO-Campaigns? Thanks for your feedback Astrid Stuer
Amount inclusive of tax

One of the mail users incoming / outgoing mail is disabled. When I see the user in control panel, I see incoming / outgoing disabled in red. When I try and enable it, I get the error message: Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. bilal@islamabadtea.com is the email address.
bootstrap Navbar conflict
Hi I am fan of bootstrap menu, I was able to add bootstrap and jquery library in my site, but the problem is there is conflict javascript, basically I don't to use the built in navigation.js. If I will remove the #navigation ID in html mark up, I will get an error as stated below. I got my desired output in bootstrap but the problem is error in function, because the navigation.js is trying to find the #navigation ID. Is there any way to work around with this, I know we cannot disable the DOM loaded
Cannot Create Dependencies Between Tasks
In the Task detail view, no Predecessor field is displayed. In the Gantt view the selection of one task and dragging the link line to the appropriate task (as per the on-line help) is not available. Is it me or the software? Kind regards, Marc

Outgoing Mail was blocked. I have unblocked it but still can't send out emails from my outlook tool on PC. Outgoing emails sent from Zoho webmail have no problems please help.
Support Team @ Zoho, Kindly help me out with this strange problem. I tried using a mail merge option a few days back from my outlook configured to my Zoho account. A few minutes in I figured out that my zoho account got blocked. As a next step I logged on to my webmail and unblocked my zoho account. Since then, I am not even able to send out even a single email from my outlook tool. I have already reconfigured my zoho account multiple times but the same issue. Any emails sent out from my webmail

The account info@bcoabc.com keeps getting blocked. It will not allow me as admin to go into Troubleshoot and unblock it. I get an error message. I tried to go in and send a test email and the message pops up "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked" We are only using 19% of our total mail storage. I am using zoho mail configured to my domain pixelmargin.com But the host record causing conflict with www.pixelmargin.com . If i replace the www host record point to pixelmargin the issue will be solved but no emails will work there after. Whats the fix for this?

Domain Not Verifying
Hello, last night I tried to manage my domain for kenk4pa.com all 3 ways. It is definitely done correctly on Namecheap, and then when I did the html file and click the link it works, but it still says verification failed. I figured I would give it the night to try to resolve itself but it didn't. Any idea?
Emails bouncing back
When people reply to my email or attempt to send me an email it is bouncing back to them claiming that my email address doesn't exist or is not valid yet I am receiving the emails that are bouncing back as invalid this is causing me a great deal of credibility issues and they need this fixed ASAP
