I am getting Payment gateway associated with this card is temporarily disabled. Please try again later. while calling the subscription API. Can anybody help me with this?
Add 'Secured by' to the Zoho Subscriptions footer -along with Lock Icon
Would it be possible to modify the footer to convey the secure state of the payment data that is being entered into the Zoho Subscription form? That's pretty standard now and would go a long way toward making my clients feel more secure when they pull out their credit card. The internet can be a scary place these days, it might be nice to add a little reassurance.
Why can i not have a composite item that just consists of a single unit of an inventory tracked item
we want to be able to create composite items that just consist of a single unit of an inventory tracked item. it looks as if this has changed since the original implementation in that it now allows you to just have one item code, but it forces you that the quantity must be greater then 1. please can you explain the logic of why this restriction is in place? surely we should be allowed to choose how to use the system rather than havig it dictated to us. please can you also explain whether there is
Need to recover deleted account
Hi, I've just set up a new Zoho account and my first email address. I was asked to change the name of the email address but found that I couldn't do that so I deleted the account and set up a new one. However, the user has told me that they had already received some important emails in the account I deleted! Is it possible to get it back? Many thanks.
So how long will ZOHO keep my outgoing mail blocked due to 10 bounce backs? So far 3 days and counting
This is really stupid, I can see it blocked for 24 hours but 3 day? And now we're in the long holiday weekend which has made it impossible to contact them.

To be clear, I'm not asking that the Zoho logo be removed. I'm in support of giving credit where it is due. But the statement: Zoho does not endorse collection of confidential information. is in the English vernacular that I'm familiar with, a bit vague, confusing and slightly off-putting and ominous. It almost seems to imply that the above form might be questionable and Zoho doesn't want to be associated with the potentially dangerous outcome of using the form. It comes off as a cautionary warning
Associating accounts to groups
This is probably the most basic question, but how do I assign accounts that are already created to a group so that only members of that group can see them. I thought I could do it by territory but I can't figure that out either.

ALL the images (sent and received) are not shown, instead a symbol appears. the image is there somehow, because if I re-direct it to my gmail account, the image normally appears. in the print screen below you can see the symbol (in this case, the image of my signature doesn't show) can anyone help me? best regards.

I am using an API to update a card for a subscription. To do so, i have created a hostedpage through an API and after getting the hosted page url, i am redirecting user to that specific url where it takes card details from the user. This flow was working fine till now but from this morning when i redirect user to hostedpage url, the hostepage shows "Sorry, you don't have required access Internal Error". What may be the cause of getting this error? What are the possible solutions for this?

Are layouts rules reflected in the mobile app ?
Hi, I programmed some layout rules for my potential module, some showing sections and others setting mandatory fields based on the stage of the potential. It seems to work fine on the desktop version. However, I don't feel them being reflected in the mobile version (I'm using the iOS one) and as most of my team are using the mobile app 95% of the time, this function is kind of useless if it's not working on the mobile app. Is it normal ? How do I find the "Smart Identifier"? It seems the following description is obsolete: To include the smart identifiers code to the email, select the campaign name from the “Choose a campaign” drop down of Smart Identifiers in the Web Embed section. It is common for a contact, lead, etc to have more than one email address, and these may be easily added to their record. However, mail magnet only filters in the emails that are associated with their primary email address with field name "Email". Is it possible to have the emails from all of the email addresses to be filtered in? If so, please explain how. Outlook can't sync to Zoho IMAP server
Yesterday Outlook started not being able to connect to the Zoho IMAP server. No settings were changed in Outlook. The error is: "Task 'Synchronizing subscribe folders for j**@*******.net reported error (0x800CCC0E): 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for j**@*******.net.
