In my company, we do not use the "Attendance" module so I have disabled it. So, my question is, why am I unable to apply for vacation et al if I have disabled the "Attendance" module? Attendance and leave (vacation, sick, etc...), are two very different things.

Hi, I've recently tied up with zoho as referral partner. I was trying to publish the "sign up" boxes in my website, built & published using zoho sites. But couldn't publish them! It's the URL which is appearing in my published website. I inserted the URL (given in the customer portal of my zoho referral account) in the code snippets under "Embed" tool and published. CRM+ pricing problems with zoho projects
The issue we are facing is a bundling issue. In general we like the features and pricing of crm+, and before we subscribed to that package. Macro for Status Change
The workflow we follow is that for tickets that have a task that is scheduled in the future, we will set the due date accordingly and set the status to "service scheduled". The problem with this is the status does not change, even if we go past the due date. I was curious if there was a way to have the status flip back to "open" the morning the due date is set for. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Workflow to Send Email
I have a workflow to send an email to a lead based on several criteria. The workflow works and the emails are sent when expected. Problem is the emails don't show up under the emails section of the lead itself. Am I missing something or is this just the way it works? Thanks, Ron

I've installed Zoho Mail for my android however I am getting an invalid password error. I've tried the TFA with no luck. I am using my company mail address, the one registered as my standard login, I've tried both the TFA generated password and my standard password with the same error. Workflow Rules not Executed in API Call
I created an Accounts workflow rule to update a Deal record when an Account is created but when an Insert Account Record API (https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/xml/Accounts/insertRecords?...) call is made using webhook post the WorkFlow Rule is not executed. I am not sure why but I expect the workflow rule to be executed. Help!
