Managing task owners
New to Zoho - Trying to determine if we can have a database of "task owners" without using their emails. We are custom builder and are not trying to communicate directly with our subs via zoho project / email but need to schedule them. Also - how do you edit a name - looks like it only pulls the first part of the email. Also is there a way to categorize skill level for users? can't duplicate an app

Hi, I've just signed up to trial zoho, so im comletely new to it. I have my own domain & have pointed it to zoho & can send & receive emails fine. When I go via a proxy that restricts certain types of URLs (in particular email) I get denied access. I can get to the logon page which is at subdomain.mydomain.com, but when I enter credentials, it logs me in, but redirects to mail.zoho.com/biz/etc Is there any way to 'mask' the mail.zoho.com URL with my own URL so that I can get access via the proxy?

(fronteer.org) I think I have managed to get it to Zoho mail, as I can access it on outlook 2016 or Thundbird, however I am having absolutely no luck getting on both mail app to access my mail via imap. Number of decimals not displayed correctly

Endless "Sync In Progress" Status
My Zoho Reports trial recently ended and I purchased a subscription to continue working on the reports. The data was imported from Zoho CRM and was set to sync automatically every day. However, I noticed Zoho CRM's database is now stuck in 'Sync In Progress' mode and I can't access its setup nor manually sync the database. It's been in this state for the last 2 days. On Load script causing application error
I have the follow code that simply looks up a CRM Contact record and does some basic conditional logic. It works okay if a record is returned from CRM, however if nothing is returned for the criteria it shows an application error when it gets to this line: crmContactMap = crmContact.get(0); I thought it is because it's trying to work with a null record, so I've put this line within conditional logic that only runs if the record returned is not null. To set custom field on contact I need to know its index and type, so I would expect presence of such endpoint, but I can't find any in documentation (https://www.zoho.eu/books/api/v3).
