Sent email duplicated when sending via iPhone/iPad
When sending email via the Zoho web interface everything works fine, but when sending via iPhone or iPad mail app using IMAP/SMTP I'm seeing a duplicate of every email in the Sent folder. I've seen several threads on this subject but can't seem to find anything that indicates a fix. Why is this occurring and how can I stop it?

Trapped in the creation process
Good Afternoon During the process of creating an email box, I did not receive the confirmation message over the phone. When trying to redo the process was made impossible because the web address was already in use. Side Panel - Phone number formatting
I'm in the United States. I know when I key in a string of 10 digits into a contact's phone field, Zoho nicely formats the phone number for me (xxx)xxx-xxxx. That's great. But unfortunately, wherever there is a side panel on the right displaying contact info, the digits are not using the nice display format. For example, when looking at an activity, or at an email in salesinbox, the contact info panel on the right shoes phone digits not formatted.

Auto Respond Email not sending from webform
Hi, I have a webform that is configuring into leads, however the auto respond email is not going out. Today I tried adding an auto respond rule but that hasn't worked either. Closed Won becomes Closed (Won) in Zoho -- and Zoho's response
We're relatively new to Zoho after being in Salesforce.com for *many* years. We love Zoho, but suddenly saw something that took us for a loop this morning. Zoho suddenly change the format of "Closed Won" to "Closed (Won)" in their Deal stage names without bothering to let anyone know. We had tons of scripts against the API break and surprising to us Zoho support doesn't think it's an issue to just change things like this. Is this norm for other folks who have more of a history using Zoho?

Sending a large amount of spam
I am apparently sending a large amount of spam from my inbox. I have changed my password, enabled TFA and have logged out of every device. Even with all of that I am still sending spam, and I see it in my sent items folder, so I know it is coming from my mailbox. SalesInbox Reply to Email - cursor goes away
When I reply to an email from SalesInbox and click in the body of the email to start typing the content, the cursor is blinking and ready for typing, but it quickly shifts and disappears. Very frequently I type the first sentence or two and then realize nothing I typed is showing up on the screen. I have to click a second time in the body area to get the blinking cursor again. It looks like it happens when Zoho places the reply to message/quoted text, the cursor disappears.

I am integrating zoho subscriptions with Razorpay, I configured subscription account, plan and linked Razorpay. I am creating subscription hosted pages though api and i am able to see purchase info but when i click on pay with Razorpay button i am getting "Configure your Mobile number to perform transactions through Razorpay" message and error code is 20014. user are not getting emails from my domain
Hi my user are not getting any email from my domain while i receive an email from my website all settings are okay where it could be wrong?? my website is related to classified site where so many emails are sent to user but they are un able to get any email . So I've created a board in Zoho Connect to manage my work plan in one place. As the admin, I have not assigned any members to the board, does this mean that my board is private? Push to dial functionality
Good morning! I am a new administrator to Zoho and I have a question regarding the push to dial functionality. It seems to only allow Skype calls. Is there a way to change this to google voice or another VOIP? Also, I can't get the skype function to work either. Any tips or is anyone else having this issue as well? Thanks!
Can't video or audio call in Zoho Mail group chats
Hello, For some reason, we can't place audio or video calls in our group chats in Zoho Mail. The one to one chats have the video and audio call buttons and work perfectly fine. The group chats, however, do not have the audio and video button, and so we can't audio or video call. :( Here's a screenshot. The chat on the left is a one to one chat, while the one on the right is a group chat. I am pretty sure I tested this once before with a group chat, and they did have the button. What's going on?
Data not saving
I'm trying to create my first Zoho app. Adding fields to a form works fine, but any changes I make aren't being saved (despite the popup message claiming that changes are being saved). Any ideas why? Thanks!
Sending & receiving emails slow to nonfunctional
