Triggering emails from contract expiration dates under SLAs
Is it possible to set up a rule that triggers an automated email to contacts within an account when a contract expires? Right now I have an alert set up to support@ then they need to set up a ticket with an email template, but it'd be great if we could skip support all together. So, it could be that the contact directly receives an email and an alert is sent to the people selected in the automation rules. What do you think?

Passing a default parameter to a view and carry throughout the "Add a Record" function of that view
I am using a calendar view and was successfully able to add criteria to filter the view by passing a parameter through the URL. When I use "add" to add a record to the view the form pop opens and the lookup dropdown is not pre-populated with the value that i passed/filtered on. It seems it does not get passed from the view to the popup form. Is there a way to ensure this parameter gets passed to the "Add" functionality?

Up until about yesterday, I could share my Zoho calendar with Microsoft Outlook 2016 using an ical URL. That doesn't seem to work any longer. Has something changed with the Zoho Calendar? Is there a recommended way to share a Zoho Calendar with Outlook 2016?

Hi, Is it possible to force the bank details to be on one page, and not be split into 2 ? If this feature is only for paid users it should warn you to prevent the account from being disabled in the first place? Otherwise, it seems like a form of extortion. Why can't I update 'Add notes' Field Deluge name
Every time I try to update the field deluge name for an 'Add Notes' field... it does not save and reverts back to the default name (e.g. plain, plain1, etc) Is this a known issue? or is something else wrong? Cannot unblock user account
Hello! One of our account has been blocked recently, because it exceded 5GB of storage to exactly 102%. Now, when some emails have been deleted it states that mailbox space usage is 97% but I still cannot unblock this account via Troubleshooting menu in Control Panel. I get the "this function is for paid users only" message. My plan was to get the mailbox working on Outlook (now it's not) by removing some emails. Random emails not syncing w/ Outlook 2016 via Active Sync
I am using Exchange Active Sync w/ Outlook 2016 (Office 365) on a Win 7 Pro computer w/ my own domain name. For the most part it works very well, but over the last week I've had random emails that do not show up in Outlook. They will appear on my phone (that's how I discover they've been sent) and in my inbox on mail.zoho.com, but they simply aren't there on Outlook. Any ideas whey this is doing this and what I can do to fix it?
