Where are the notes stored on the android app?
I ask because, due to the recent update, on startup Notebook hangs and doesn't actually run. It displays a white screen for about 10 seconds, followed by a black screen for about 17 seconds then says: Notebook isn't responding. Do you want to close it? Wait, Report and OK are the only options. Wait and OK sends the app to the background with nothing displaying. Report let's me submit a report but the app then disappears into the background with again nothing displaying. I am loathe to uninstall and

Hello everyone, ZOHO allow e-mail templates with CSS at style tag? I'm trying send e-mails with <style> tag but at Sender folder it does't load any CSS. There's a way to fix it or a automatic in-line conversion to do? I'm using more than 50 templates in style tag with <header>. I don't see Gmail and Hotmail stripping header css actually. Regards.
How to add attachments/uploads to a different record?
We created a multi-page application that updates records in a 'master' record. Each form collects different information and adds it to the master record by passing an ID between the forms. One of those forms allows users to upload documents. How can we create a form that allows the user to upload attachments and add those attachments to the 'master' record by ID? Is this possible? C# REST API File Upload
Hello, I am using C# and WebClient to add/edit/delete records in Creator and it has been working very well. Please see example below. CRM Accounts there is no information about Customer sync?
I have a issue where i want use the same customer in Zoho Subscription after create in CRM. Sync mode is on and at the moment when a account is created I have a new customer in books (the same id in subscription). If i retrieve customer in books i’m able to see the link and ids but my workflow start in CRM where i want to get information across books or subscription but there is no ID related in CRM. There is way to get or use the same customer and prevent duplication if the first read is in CRM.

I have setup everything for email from my own domain. However, still after three days it shows me the following warning: SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.Please configure SPF to ensure better email delivery. I was wondering if the entry is really incorrect or if there is something else going wrong. Can anyone from Zoho have a look?
Conditional Dropdowns in Subforms
I created a form where the available values of some of the lookup fields were filtered based on selections made in other lookup fields. The filters work great if I access the form directly. But, the filters don't work at all when the form is used as a subform. Is it possible to filter lookup field values in subform dropdowns based on selections made in other lookup fields in the same row of a subform?
How do I verify my shopify domain or unsubscribe from this service?
I have been trying to verify my domain for the last 2 days but the instructions may as well be in another language. I'm not a programmer, I'm not a web developer, I don't understand tech lingo but I managed to find some step by step instructions in plain English but it still wouldn't verify. I tried the HTML because that seemed to be the easiest way to verify, but no matter what I tried it kept failing. I followed the zoho and the shopify instructions as well as the trouble shooting suggestions.

Agent activities registering to different user
Hello, One of our user's is having a strange result in Zoho Desk. When she performs an activity notifications are created that attribute the activity to my account. This is in the notifications list when you click on the icon at the top right of the screen. For example it will say that I reopened a ticket, instead of listing this user's name. We're both listed as Admin - Support Administrator. I was the one that created and setup the accounts for the company. Any idea of how to correct this?

Can not print mail
I am running Windows 10 using Edge browser. I can only see mail in split view. Double clicking on the mail in the left column does nothing. I select "more options", "print" and I get a pop-up of the email with a print icon on the top right. I click the icon and the pop-up page closes and my split view screen re-loads and the mail does not go to the print que. I never had this problem before. If I use Firefox in the same way the email will print.
