How do I ask contacts to update their contact information?
I'm hoping there must be an automated method to ask contacts to update their own contact details. Is this possible? If so, please advise how to do this in CRM. And if there is no automated method, is it possible to create a custom email template to show contacts their current data and ask them to perhaps fill in a webform with any changes? i have done custom integration with Zoho CRM by Lookup Campaign Field to in Lead to make assigning Campaign easy. I'm adding the contact/Lead to Campaign associated List.but i'm not sure 1.How soon will the first email go out once the contact is assigned to this campaign? which is already in running state. Hello all I need to add a custom calculated field to the Deals section. Each Deal has an input date (Fecha entrada). After entering this date I need to compose a new field, called EntradaNumero as: Fecha entrada = Day(Fecha entrada) & Month(Fecha entrada) & Year(Fecha entrada) & "/" & Count(Deals where Fecha entrada = given date)+1 That is, it has to compose the date as DayMonthYear, ad a slash (/) and count the deals entered for thre same date plus one, and assign this result to the field NumeroEntrada.

Same problem again - preview fine, but actual message format is not right
I have now been caller number one on the phone for the second time today totalling about 40 minutes. Do you actually have phone support? I am creating a message from a cloned template. It lloks good in previews, but the message tests lose formatting. This sucks. And it has happened before. I can't even look at the HTML for the entire campaign to try and fix it.

Yesterday was unable to update the site, i contacted help service and i have 2 tickets ... but still the same . I cant publish , contact support, support contacted urgently and still the same .. waiting . I unpublished the site and the same , cant publish and external error 404. I dunno what happend. prevent sheet from changing views for all users when filters active
I have 6-7 people that will be looking at shared sheet - but when one of them uses a filter, then everyone's view changes to that now filtered view. I suspect no way of avoiding this - but hope someone may have cheeky way to address this? Perhaps having a sheet per user, but then how to ensure that data is consolidated amongst all sheets? Which is working. However I am not able to see an image. I have ticked "use image" but do not see anything. What went wrong? Bug with embed report in HTML page
I embedded a report in an HTML page and the height sometimes doesn't show all the records. This problem only happens when I open the app for the first time and click on the page link, or if I refresh my window, and click on the page link. SPF notification not removing nor SPF showing as configured
Hi Support, I've updated the SPF record as a TXT record type for a client who owns spriked.com and conducted a check on mxtoolbox.com and it shows as updated and valid but not in the case in the spriked.com Zohomail account where the notification shows as SPF not configured and the Control Panel>Domains> SPF shows as a triangle with an exclamation mark within it, which means it hasn't been configured. I've configured countless SPF records for Zohomail and have never had an issue like this. Please
