Problema de devolucion de correos
Hola, me anote en unas paginas para promocionar mi empresa, como directorios para que la gente me encuentre y una de ellas, no se cual, debe estar mandando email a lo loco ya que me llegaron mas de 1500 emails de rebote que yo nunca mande, queria saber como puedo reiniciar la cuenta o que hacer, ya que no quiero perderla, tengo todos mis clientes, folleteria etc con esa cuenta de email. Signed up and can't sign back in
I just signed up for a free personal (NOT business) account. I couldn't figure out how to get a Zoho icon into my taskbar, so now I'm trying to sign back in. I searched "Zoho sign in," and I was taken to a page that wants all this information about my business. I didn't sign up for a business account, so now I cannot access my new email at all. So if anyone replies to this to help me, how the heck am I going to even know? I can't get back to my account!

Hi I use Outlook 2016 to access my Zoho account and for 10 days I have been getting this message... Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Your account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen if you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections allowed. Kindly try after some time. I keep getting asked by Outlook for my password even though it is correctly entered into the Account settings and a test message can be sent. Hello, We have been using books since before the release of the UK edition. Our preferences state we are using the global edition but gives the following message: >You can't change the edition as you have transactions recorded in your account What are our options for changing to the UK edition please? Phon Pop Up not diappearing
I have connected my Zoho phone bridge with a phone system calles Askozia. I press the phone icon in Zoho, a phone box pops up, a call to my soft client is done, i pick up the call and the softclient calls the correct number afterwards. So far so good. After finishing the call this phone box is not disappearing , i need to press the cancel button in this phone box. The call is not loged in Zoho. I wrote 4 mails to Zoho but support is not answering (quirte bad support). Thaks for help! Kind Regads

Cancell my suscription
Hi, I recently go for the standard plan in order to have multiple users for my domain. I started with free plan but when i have to add another domain i have an error so i upgraded to standard plan for add another domain. BUT when i wanted to add another user the system said that i must order another licence for another user. SO, i decided to cancel my suscription and return to the free plan but i want to be refounded :(. Please help me, thank you very much.

Emails not sending
Hi, I wrote a lengthy email this afternoon and hit 'Send'. The 'message sent' confirmation note popped-up like normal but then the email disappeared completely. I can't find it in my 'Sent' box or via the 'search' function. I also sent a couple test emails after this to myself to check the problem, but the same thing happened again. I do see a small red error flash above the list of email accounts when the dialog goes away but it disappears too fast for me to read. Using any other email address works fine just not "sbride" Seems to be no collision with existing user account addresses. Any help would be appreciated Craig

This has never happened before. I am the one who is creating the application. How can I take this off? Any linked record within this specific record summary gets this error. If i work my way around the application, I can view the linked records, but if I try to view them via record summary from another linked record, I get this.

Super admin uses custom domain mail account.
